We are about three years old and have the highest reviews from all of our guests who have stayed here. The elegant interior design boasts a flowing spacious 3 bedroom home with the highest quality material and furnishings.

Everything including flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, tableware and cooking supplies are all brand new! A bright living room opens up into the screened-in pool and hot tub where you can enjoy the lush quiet garden, giving you southern sun exposure from dawn until dusk with spectacular sunsets off the back patio. THE 101 is ideally located within walking distance or a short bike ride to Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park & Beach. The beaches offer many water sports equipment rentals. Supermarkets such as Publix, Trader Joes and Whole Foods are less than a 5 minute drive.

The Mercato Entertainment District offers a wide variety of finest Shops and Events on the Lawn. We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home for our family weekend getaway. The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home. We especially loved the private pool and jacuzzi, which were the perfect spots to relax and unwind. The kitchen was excellently equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals together. Everything was in perfect working order, and the host was incredibly attentive to our needs. We are already looking forward to staying here again on our next trip to the area.

Thomas was a very responsive host. The pool and hot tub was not working properly. He came later in the day and reset a tripped circuit and that resolved the matter. The property had everything we needed in the kitchen. We used. the beach chairs and umbrella every day at the beach. My 20 year old son enjoyed riding on of the bikes. We also liked parking our vehicle in the garage, which made loading and unloading much easier and the car wasn't sitting in the hot sun. Enjoy!

Great house, spacious, well equipped, had everything we needed. Excellent communication with host. Very nice, heated pool. Fully screened pool area was a real plus! Located in Naples park, Delnor Wiggins Pass state park, restaurants and shopping close by. Would definitely book it again.

We LOVED our month in Naples Park. Thomas (the host) was super communicative and helpful leading up to and during our stay. The house was spacious and clean, with tile throughout the open floor plan, bedrooms and bathrooms. We traveled with our mini dachshund and loved that the yard was fenced in around the lanai so we could let her out without worrying. We went to the beach almost everyday and the availability of beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes were the best. We leveraged the bikes to get to Vanderbilt beach daily (2 mile ride) vs paying to park. When we weren’t at the beach, relaxing outside under the lanai and in the pool truly rounded out our experience. Would highly recommend.
