Villa Sans Souci welcomes up to 7 guests in Moissac-Bellevue, in the Verdon Regional Natural Park. This 130 m² villa with a private pool sits within 3,500 m² of wooded grounds. In the shade of the oak trees, the garden is a peaceful spot to read, relax or share an aperitif at the end of the day.
The house has three bedrooms, including a children’s bedroom, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. Air conditioning is provided in the living room. Fibre internet and parking on the property are also available.
Outside, enjoy the 10 × 4 metre swimming pool and the terrace with its barbecue and plancha grill. A table tennis table and a pétanque court offer opportunities for games with family and friends. For a quiet break, settle into one of the hammocks beneath the trees.
Lac de Sainte-Croix and the Gorges du Verdon are highlights of the region, with opportunities for swimming in the lake, canoeing, paddleboarding, boat trips, walks and exploring Provençal villages. Around 5 km away, Aups offers restaurants, markets and shops. You’ll also find supermarkets in both Aups and Régusse.
The villa can be reached from Nice and Marseille airports or Aix-en-Provence TGV station. Longer stays are welcome; special rates may be available depending on the length of your stay and the season.

Great villa

Had a great week at the villa. Due to the heat wave both the pool and air conditioning very welcome!Location of the villa is ideal to explore the area. It is very well equipped, clean and comfy. It was good to revisit the area after 13 years. A visit to the restaurant in the village (Bellevue) is a must - excellent meal. Thank you to Tobias for his help and communication before we arrived. Will hopefully return sometime soon.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen entspannten Familienurlaub! Haus und Garten lassen kaum Wünsche offen, die Küche ist prima ausgestattet und der Pool eine willkommene Abkühlung nach abwechslungsreichen Ausflügen ins Umland. Sowohl die Verdonschlucht als auch das Meer sind in einer guten Stunde erreichbar und auch in der näheren Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Der Ort selbst ist wunderschön und das Restaurant in der Dorfmitte auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt und schnelle Reaktion bei Fragen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Eine wunderschöne Ferien-Villa auf großem Naturgrundstück in absoluter Traumlage. Der angebotene Self-Chek-In war absolut unproblematisch und die Ausstattung der Villa ließ keine Wünsche offen.Das erstklassige Restaurant Le Bellevue ist fußläufig erreichbar. Für Abkühlung oder das morgendliche wachwerden ist der große Pool sehr hilfreich : ).Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht, in einem Haus und Umfeld wo man gerne wieder kommt. Rudi K.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub hier verbracht, waren von dem Ferienhaus, den Außenanlagen, der Landschaft ringsherum begeistert. Die Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter klappte über die App reibungslos und überaus freundlich. Die Übergaben des Hauses zu Beginn und bei Abreise gestalteten sich als super problemlos. Im Haus fehlte nichts, alles war vorhanden und im sehr gutem Zustand. Wir waren mit unseren E-Bikes sehr viel unterwegs, die umliegenden Orte sind somit auch ohne Auto prima zu erreichen, der Supermarkt in Regusse ist zu empfehlen. Überall gibt es nette Restaurants und Cafés und viele, viele freundliche Menschen. Die Verdonschluchten sind atemberaubend, das klare kühle Wasser ein Traum, der Lac de Sainte-Croix ein Muss....und und und.Wir hatten einen rundum unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus und somit einen Top Urlaub.....leider vorbei. Vielen lieben Dank und Gruß an den Vermieter!

Ruime en propere villa met een grote tuin in het rustige Moissac Bellevue. Alles is voorradig; wasmachine, droogkas, airco,ruime badkamers met handdoeken, uitgeruste keuken, ... Het zwembad wordt op regelmatige basis gecontroleerd en gereinigd en is een leuke afkoeling bij het warme weer. Kortom een geslaagde vakantie bij Tobias.

Eine wunderbare Ferien-Villa, die Beschreibung des Objekts ist voll zutreffend und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Eine ganz klare und uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Extra-Tipp: Restaurant LeBellevue bietet für 32 (05/25) ein hochklassiges 3-Gang-Menü an, exzellentes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Entsprechend dem Namen der Villa lässt dieses Feriendomizil keine Wuensche offen. Netter , kommunikativer Vermietr. Vorortservice und eine Broschuere, die nicht nur alle Möglichkeiten und ihre Wahrnemung erklärt. Tolle Villa in toller Umgebung

Der Aufenthalt war super! Super Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Tobias sowie dem Concierge Mario. Auf Nachfragen erhält man direkt eine Rückantwort. Der Check In sowie Check Out war unproblematisch. Die Villa ist sauber und bietet auch für Kinder Spielzeug für den Pool, Schaukeln, Tischtennis, Dart, etc... Die Villa ist ein paar Minuten Fußweg von einer kleinen Kirche mit Ausblick auf die Provence und einem kleinen Dorf entfernt. Gerne wieder :)

Logement au top et localisation parfaite

Nous avons passé 10 jours fin avril début mai dans la maison de Tobias. La maison est très confortable, bien équipée. Le terrain est magnifique avec les équipements au top (fléchettes, pétanque, hamacs…). Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine vue la météo. Elle a l’air très agréable 😊 L’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner et découvrir les gorges du Verdon. La communication avec Tobias a été très fluide et agréable. L’accueil par Mario, le concierge, était au top. Nous recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir ✨
