We had a wonderful week staying at Lei Roucas. The views were incredible and the access to the most beautiful lake to swim in from the garden was fantastic.

We spent a wonderful week at the Lei Roucas vacation home. The location is beautiful, with a nice view of the lake. There is a path leading to the lake, so we often went swimming there and didn't use the pool very often. The vacation home is equipped with everything you need. We liked everything very much and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Wat een geweldige plek is dit, een ‘hidden gem’ met een fantastisch groot terras wat over het meer kijkt. Onze 4 kinderen genoten van het springen van rotsen en wij zwommen elke dag in het azuurblauwe water. Het guesthouse zelf is niet groot maar wij hebben vooral buiten geleefd. Het contact met de eigenaar was heel goed en als we vragen hadden hielp hij of de hulp ons goed. Het zwembad lag ook erg mooi en rustig.

Vue magnifique

Super maison, vue magnifique, encore plus jolie que sur les photos. Tout le matériel nécessaire pour y vivre avec famille, amis et enfants. Un seul bémol: il n’y a pas vraiment 4 chambres.

Zeer charmante villa met mooie grote kamers en met smaak ingericht. Zeer complete inboedel. Mooie buitenterrassen met leuke hoekjes in de zon en schaduw. Fijn zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Dorpje met bakker en kleine supermarkt is 15m wandelen of met de fiets (steil). Is eigen tuin toegang tot heerlijk zwemwater van het meer met gedurfde springrotsen…

Zauberhafter Ort

Wundervolle Aussichten auf den See auch vom Pool, schöne Terrassen, Schattenplätze genug vorhanden, Stilvolle Einrichtung, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Federballfeld bzw. Bouleplatz direkt im Garten vorhanden. Mit 2 Familien haben wir sehr schöne entspannte Tage verbringen können, jeder hatte genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten.

Vue paradisiaque !

Très belle maison bien équipée avec accès direct au lac et magnifiques terrasses avec vue sur le lac ! Un petit coin de paradis. Les échanges avec le propriétaire étaient faciles et clairs. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Superbe spot

Maison idéalement située avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes. La maison est fonctionnelle et propre. Les extérieurs sont très bien aménagés: différentes terrasses, piscine ... qui permettent une vue panoramique sur le lac et les environs. Accès au lac du bas de la propriété, le village d'Esparron et sa base nautique tout proche. Excellent séjour !
