Our apartment is on the first floor of a beautiful house. The apartment is spacious with large terraces and extends over the entire floor. Enjoy the terrace in the warm summer evenings sipping your favorite drink. The house has a large garden with a swimming pool, barbecue and children's playground. The city beach is located only a few kilometers, and during your stay we recommend to visit the city's sights.

Had the most amazing stay. Pool and outdoor space was fantastic and everything you could possibly need inside the apartment. Denis (the host) was amazing. Very welcoming, gave us lots of brilliant recommendations and was very efficient when we needed him.

Summer stay

Large, well equipped apartment. Very quiet. Driveway parking. Well maintained pool. Owner helpful, will give advice on restaurants, beaches etc. Very good fig trees.

Large very spacious apartment, everything needed was included. The main bathroom shower is really big. The pool was lovely. The apartment is upstairs and there are 2 large balcony areas. There is outside dining upstairs and by the pool. The host gave us salad from his garden which was very kind and there was a bottle of wine, orange and water in the fridge on arrival.It could be improved further if some regular items were available - salt, oil etc. and the chopping boards could do with replacing.There is not much close by that is easily walkable - closest restaurant - 20 minutes, Lidl - 25 minutes, city is probably 50 minutes walk (we didnt try it). If you are going with a car this would all be fine! We did work out the buses thanks to the host's son (Mattius?) who was very helpful and told us about an App and how to use Google to find buses / times, so this made it much better - just be aware there are very few buses on a Sunday. I had a recommendation to go to Tavern Taj, which turned out to be relatively close - 2 bus stops & a short walk or 20 ninute walk - this is definitely worth a visit the food is lovely, authentic Croatian family run business and the staff were great, it is very busy though so book a table.

Wir waren als fünfköpfige Familie 13 Tage in der Ferienwohnung und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und die Kinder haben den Pool (Tiefe ca. 1,50 m) ausgiebig genutzt. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt (außer ein Paar Ofenhandschuhe und eine Grillzange ;-)Der nächstgelegene Lidl ist 1,8 km von der Wohnung entfernt (ein entspanntes Einkaufen ist hier am besten direkt morgens um 7.00 Uhr oder abends ab 19.00 Uhr möglich). Generell ist die Lage der Wohnung sehr günstig, da man schnell an diversen Geschäften (City Mall) ist.Zum Strand Skrila oder Kap Kamenjak haben wir mit dem Auto ca. 30 Minuten gebraucht. Es ist kein fußläufiger Strand in der Nähe. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Sie bietet viel Platz und der Pool stellt für die Kinder eine tolle Abwechslung dar.Im Gegensatz zu Porec waren wir von Pula aber eher enttäuscht. Die Innenstadt ist längst nicht so schön und das Parken ist eine absolute Vollkatastrophe. Auch der Verkehr an sich ist schlimmer und die Fahrweise der Ortsansässigen rücksichtslos.

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind. Die Unterkunft bietet ausreichend Platz für alle, sie besteht wie beschrieben aus drei Schlafzimmern. Die Betten sind bequem. Die zwei großen Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet so das man sich auch etwas kochen kann. Es gibt viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, unten am Pool, oben auf der Terrasse sowie auf dem überdachten Balkon so das man für jedes Wetter gewappnet ist. Die Zimmer waren alle sauber aber insgesamt gibt es kleine Punkte wo man etwas renovieren könnte aber trotzdem insgesamt schön. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist einfach unschlagbar für diese Unterkunft durch den sehr schönen Pool mit Whirlpool Funktion! Der Gastgeber war zu jederzeit erreichbar und hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Wir durften bereits vor 16 Uhr unser Gepäck abstellen und den Außenbereich nutzen. Die Lage ist wirklich gut, wir hatten unsere Fahrräder dabei und sind nur mit denen unterwegs gewesen. Innerhalb von 3 km gibt es ein lidel zum Einkaufen. Der Eingangsbereich könnte etwas besser gepflegt sein sowie der Grillbereich da dort direkt ein Feigenbaum drüber wächst. Wir waren mit zwei Autos dort und konnten ohne Probleme in der Einfahrt hintereinander parken. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden zu jederzeit wieder kommen. Kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Wir haben jede Minute genossen unsere Urlaub. Grosse apartment mit allem was man braucht, gut bestückte Küche, große Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, backofen und und und. 3 Zimmer mit Klimaanlage 2 Bäder große Terrasse oben und natürlich super Pool. Perfekter Gastgeber, top Preis/Leistung und Lage

Ideale Lage für Unternehmungen im ganzen Süden Istriens, ruhig gelegen in einer Sackgasse, kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig, Supermärkte und Pula selbst in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der allein nutzbare Pool ist einzigartig für diesen Preis. Ausstattung des Apartments und des Poolbereichs super. Viele verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten (Terrasse, Dachterrasse und überdachter Bereich am Pool) für jede Tageszeit. Sehr unkomplizierter, hilfsbereiter und freundlicher, dabei aber völlig unaufdringlicher Gastgeber. Wir haben 14 sehr erholsame Tage als Familie verbracht. Vielen Dank!

Alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Denis war immer hilfreich wenn man fragen hatte, Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Lage der Unterkunft war super, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der und zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten in Pula. Der Pool war echt super! Wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Zeit bei Denis

Der Aufenthalt war super, die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und super aufgeteilt. Mehr als genug Sitzmöglichkeiten im Freien. Der Pool ist tiptop und war gut beheizt, der Pool mit Innenhof stand uns exklusiv zur Verfügung. Ausreichend Geschirr, tolle Küche. Ruhige Wohngegend. Nah zur City.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Schönes Appartement mit Pool

Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen in dem schönen, gut ausgestatteten Appartement. Vor allem die Kinder haben den schönen Pool geliebt und ausgiebig genutzt. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und bewohnt das Erdgeschoss des Hauses, das in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in einem Vorort von Pula liegt. Viele schöne Strände sind in der Nähe mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, wenn man eine halbe Stunde fährt, wird es auch in der Hochsaison etwas weniger trubelig.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit Pool in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung ist renoviert, modern und komplett eingerichtet. Es gibt 3 Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, so dass man immer im Schatten draußen essen kann. Der Pool sorgt für Abkühlung und war v. a. bei unseren Kindern sehr beliebt. Denis ist ein super Gastgeber und war uns in allen Fragen behilflich. Die Kommunikation läuft schnell und reibungslos. Das Haus ist in einem ruhigen Vorort von Pula. Deswegen benötigt man ein Auto für Ausflüge und größere Einkäufe. Bäckerei und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind vor Ort. Die Bäckerei Kolijevka kruha können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen! Insgesamt ein super schöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles, lieber Denis!

Sehr sauber, freundlich und hilfsbereit

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. In der Ferienwohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Küche ist gut ausgestattet nur ein bisschen klein. Platz für eine sechsköpfige Familie ist kein Problem (3 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer 1x Bad mit Waschmaschine und 1x noch ein kleines Bad). Es gibt 2 Terrasse ( 6 Stühle + Tisch ideal zum draußen frühstücken) und auf der andere ist eine Lounge diese hat auch eine Wäscheleinen zum trocken der Klamotten. Highlight war der Pool die Kids waren mega begeistert und somit konnten wir Eltern auf den Liegen und auch erholen. Auch in Poolbereich gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten (8 Stühle) unter einem Pavillon mit Grillstelle. Lage der Ferienwohnung ist etwas außerhalb von Pula ( ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in die Stadt) und nach Medulin sind es knapp 10 Minuten. Strände sind mit dem Auto auch zwischen 10 und 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kamen bereits Mittag an was kein Problem war zum Einchecken. Unser Vermieter hat uns in der früh schon eine Nachricht geschrieben, wenn wir angekommen sind sollen wir uns melden dann kommt er von der Arbeit schnell heim und lässt uns in die Ferienwohnung. Auch konnten wir ihn alles fragen wir erhielten immer eine sehr freundliche und kompetente Antwort. Ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, 3 Schlafzimmer (davon 2 klimatisiert), 1 klimatisiertes Wohnzimmer, 1 Küche, 2 Bäder und 3 Terrassen stehen zur Verfügung. Wir haben das Wohnzimmer in ein Schlafzimmer umfunktioniert, so dass alle 3 Schlafzimmer klimatisiert waren. Die Wohnung ist vollständig eingerichtet. Der Pool ist traumhaft, auch die Außenküche ist sehr schön. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan stad Pula en omgeving

Fijne en keurige plek om te verblijven, niet ver van de historische binnenstad van Pula. Overdag waren wij meestal op pad. 's Avonds genoten kinderen van de pool en kookten we op de barbecue.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben mit unserern Kindern (11 und 14 Jahre) zwei erholsame Wochen in der schönen und geräumigen Wohnung verbracht. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht! Der Pool stand uns ausschließlich zur Verfügung und ist sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach Pula oder an den Strand. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, hilfbereit und haben sich um alles gekümmert, wenn mal Probleme auftraten. Wir können die Wohnung wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Schoon, netjes en mooi

Hele goede ervaring gehad in dit appartement. Alles ziet er goed uit heel schoon en netjes. Mooie tuin met een heerlijk zwembad met een goed filter systeem.(eigenaar legt voor zijn werk zwembaden aan)

Fantastic holiday apartment

There is lots of outdoor space in this property, a large balcony with a rattan sofa, chairs and coffee table at the front, a large area with table and chairs at the front door on the first floor, and the pool area, with built in BBQ, fridge and sink unit. The apartment is very well equiped with everything you will need, and is in a quiet street. It's also in a great location for touring the area. I would recommend this property.
