**BEDROOMS**
Each bedroom is thoughtfully decorated and furnished with comfortable bedding to ensure you enjoy your stay at Smith Lake. Soft all-cotton sheets with sumptuous blankets, comforters and a selection of pillows (soft and firm) help you to sink into a restful sleep!
A Smart TV is in the primary bedroom, perfect for those late night movies or early morning news shows.

**BATHROOMS**
There are two full bathrooms that are perfect for freshening up after a fun day spent outside. One bathroom is an ensuite located in the primary bedroom. The other bathroom is located in the hallway. Each bathroom is equipped with fluffy towels and two varieties of soap. The primary bathroom has a hair dryer so you don’t have to worry about bringing yours!

**KITCHEN**
A true chef’s delight! Stainless steel appliances, quality cookware and bakeware, along with colorful dishes, seemingly endless drinkware and an array of barware offers endless opportunities to create memorable meals. Coffee enthusiasts will appreciate having a choice between a classic French press or a Cuisinart drip coffee maker, along with a selection of delicious syrups, sugar and coffee grounds (in case you forgot yours!). And not to worry tea drinkers – we have you fully covered with a tantalizing selection of quality teas and kettle.

Like to bake? There is a pantry filled with baking essentials such as flour, sugar, spices and even a bag of chocolate chips to make our favorite chocolate chip cookies (yes, we have the recipe ready for you!).

**OPEN CONCEPT LIVING/DINING ROOM**
Whether you are snuggled up on the generous sectional sofa watching your favorite sport or enjoying dinner at our custom wooden dining table, the open concept space allows for ample quality time together.

Starlink Wifi, a SMART TV, along with a fun selection of games, puzzles and books await you!

**OUTSIDE SPACE**
Get ready for some lake fun!

Large upper deck has expansive water views and seating for 10, complete with lighted pergola for those lazy summer evenings. A cozy seating area for 4 is on the opposite side of the deck and is perfect for morning coffee or bird watching.

Enjoy grilling? We’ve got you covered with a large grill, complete with propane tank and all of the grilling accessories to level up your cooking!

For those crisp evenings, gather around the fire pit in handmade Adirondack chairs. The fire pit is thoughtfully tucked into the mature landscaping so that it also offers fantastic views of the water. Firewood is included along with skewers for roasting marshmallows.

The lower deck offers high top seating for 4, along with festive outdoor lighting and great water views.

The private dock offers an open boat slip (27” length with Hydrohoist boat lift), 3 kayaks, 6 life jackets (in case you forgot yours!) 4 comfortable lounge chairs and a Splash Pad to entertain the kiddos.

There is a small shed on the property that houses a variety of lake floats, folding chairs and LAWN GAMES for all ages! There’s even a picnic backpack for enjoying a hike in nearby Bankhead National Forest.

The location of Pigeon Roost Cabin is truly idyllic. As you drive through a picture perfect pasture, you arrive upon our cabin, tucked into the landscape on a generous slough with expansive water views in a quiet rural area.

You are just 5 minutes from Trident Marina (perfect for gas fillups and/or great food), 15 minutes from great hiking and trailheads and just 30 minutes if you want to head into the town of charming Cullman for dining and shopping.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 to rent our cabin.
A signed rental agreement must be completed within 48 hours of booking.
There are surveillance cameras located on the exterior of the cabin at each door entrance.
