In the heart of the beautiful village of Bonneval sur Arc, we invite you to stay in our chalet Mont Seti just built. On three levels, spacious, warm and modern at the same time, it benefits from all the comfort you dream of, while offering you an unobstructed and magnificent view as well as many outdoor spaces. In peace, you can relax, enjoy the landscapes, the snow and good times with family or friends around a beautiful table with the fireplace in the heart of the large living room. The height under the framework and the large openings give it a luminosity and a feeling of freedom that will allow you to make the most of the beauty of our landscapes. Everyone will be able to find their place with its 5 large and beautiful bedrooms, its master suites with private shower room and its large bathroom with corner bath.

The chalet is located in the Pré Catin district a few steps from the tourist office and the ski slopes. The kindergarten, ski rental shops, supermarket, restaurants are all nearby. Everything is done on foot.
It should be noted that the chalet is not accessible by car, the access on the last 100 metres is groomed as is often the case in Bonneval. The small groomed road without any cars around the chalet gives it its calm and wild side. Children can have fun with the sleighs or snowmen. Car parking is either below the chalet (about 200m) in free car parks or in an underground garage whose space must be reserved with the tourist office. The sloping access does not allow the road to be cleared of snow in winter.
