All our vacation rentals are fully stocked upon arrival including additional cues, we ask all our guests to notify us during their stay should they need replacements of any item. The home you rented accommodated the number of people advertised. As a courtesy our team delivered ottomans to accommodate the additional attendees. We do provide multiple washers and dryers in our large properties, as we do not provide housekeeping services during your stay unless requested in advance. Our records indicate our team was able to deliver additional towels, and kitchen items. Again, we are disappointed to hear you stay did not live up to the Beachfront Only standards we are known for.
