This rental is conveniently located to everything along the Grand Strand, the Meridian is a perfect location for our guests.

As of 2025, this property has undergone some stunning updates! For starters, all new LVP flooring was installed throughout, the cabinets and countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom were replaced, and the living area was repainted!

The most breathtaking portion of these renovations was the bathroom. The previous shower/tub combination has been completely remodeled and is now a fully tiled, walk-in shower with detachable showerheads, making for a one-of-a-kind, relaxing, and spa-like experience!

This is truly a one-of-a-kind rental that will keep you returning year after year.

The ocean view balcony offers incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean, and you will not want to miss the sunsets. Being a rare King Suite, our guests will enjoy a King bed in the bedroom AND Queen sleeper in the living room. This rental is ideal for 2 guests, but can accommodate 4 comfortably. There is a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom. All towels, linens, bedding, dishes, and kitchen utensils are provided; parking is also provided. We do not provide beach chairs, but guests can rent them seasonally from lifeguards on the beach.

The Meridian offers 1 indoor and 1 outdoor pool, as well as 1 indoor and 1 outdoor hot tub.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. In addition, our guests will also have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi!

Our guests love the convenience of a keyless door lock. While we are here to assist our guests with whatever they may need, there will be no need to meet at our office for keys or parking passes. Whether you plan to arrive at the time of check-in, or if you're arriving late at night, your door codes will give you access to the lobby and apartment during your stay! Our guests love the security of the locked lobby doors. Be sure to have your lobby door code and your condo door code on hand when you arrive!

This is truly a perfect location and easily accessible to all restaurants, shopping, dining, and other local attractions. The Meridian is located at 2310 N. Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC, and is literally a 5–10 minute walk or drive to just about everything you can imagine! There are so many restaurants close by, but Uber Eats and DoorDash have become very popular delivery options in our area.
