Great location a bit north of the central action area. So, more serene. Nice big balcony with beautiful beach view to the east. Some furnishings could use a refresh but perfectly usable as they are. Clean. Didnā€™t get entry info with door code till literally right at 4:00 pm which was acceptable but not preferable. Pools, hot tubs, and property grounds were lovely.

South Winds

Overall very good. The master bed was not very comfortable and the condo could have been cleaned better. The bathroom vents make a constant noise, like water is dripping on tin. View is fantastic and location is Great.

Birthday Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Celebrated my birthday - beautiful view! It was unseasonably cold while there but view & indoor pool made up for it. Although the temperature of indoor pool could have been warmer. Should have curtains in front 2 bedrooms & furniture was not overly comfortable. Balcony should have more furniture to enjoy the view

Timothy, We are very confused by your review. We have no record of you trying to communicated with Luxury Beach Rentals about your stay. Are you referring to the travel insurance company? The description of this three bedroom condo is accurate and photos are of the exact condo. Luxury Beach Rentals

Near Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is beautiful. We didn't stay long so I can't attest to how well the kitchen was stocked. What I can say is it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the rental team was responsive. The balcony furniture (different than pictured) was really nice and there was plenty of it. Beach access is super easy. ONLY negative in regards to the unit was the master shower had no hot water. I reached out to the rental team and notified them and am certain it's been addressed. Also, wish there was some type of restaurant/bar onsite but there is one within walking distance.

The location of the property is good, but the furniture inside is of very poor quality. The mattresses and bed sheets are low-quality, and the sleeper sofa was in such bad condition that it really should be thrown out.Additionally, none of the restrooms or bedrooms have locks. While I understand that one room might not have a lock for child safety reasons, having no locks in any of the rooms is not acceptable. We contacted maintenance, and they arrived promptly. The technician acknowledged that the property is furnished and maintained with low-quality products. We also shared our feedback with the property management, and they assured us that these issues would be addressed.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Weā€™re sorry to hear that aspects of the furnishings and locks did not meet your expectations during this stay. Since your visit, the unit has been thoroughly inspected, and we can confirm that the cleanliness, quality of furnishings, and door locks all meet the high standards we require for our properties. We appreciate your comments as they help us continue to improve, and weā€™d love the opportunity to welcome you back!
