Never got to stay, owner never responded to texts , phone number was wrong, . We never got to check

I am very unhappy. My family and i booked this trip in July, when we got to Maryland and texted the owner they never responded to texts, the phone number listed was wrong. I am hoping i am reimbursed my money.
