Nightmare booking through vrbo

after they took the money out my account.the next day they told me that the apartment wasn't available. Then they gave me another one in a horribly condition, it did not even have an apartment number .the internet wasn't ready.no working refrigerator.2 of the air condition broke. bathrooms clog .not even clean kitchen utensils.missing lights,moldy bathrooms,,i been scammed
