Awesome holiday

We had stayed in a studio last year and returned this year with family. We stayed at Amanda’s condo for a week in November. We had a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. Lots of room for 4 adults, air conditioning worked well, very clean& comfortable beds.It was a perfect holiday. Great location- easy walk to the beach and La Penita. Bit of a hike to downtown Guayabitos but as doable. Judith was available to answer any questions we had. Would love to return to Guayabitos & Amanda’s condo again next year

Positive experience

The property is very nice. the supplies were minimal but most of our needs were met when we made requests. Drinking water, cork screw, wine glasses, additional toilet tissue, additional paper towels, had to be requested but was provided promptly - except for wine glasses we had to buy our own. Also bring your own laundry detergent as that is not provided. It is very spacious and quiet. The pool area is nice, private and a good place to meet with other guests.

When arriving we got the wrong address. No contact information for the caretaker. Luckily the neighbor was out and he was able to get in contact with the caretaker. Wasn't able to check in to the apartment till after 8:30pm No Wi-Fi. Will not book again other than that Location was great
