This home has 5 smart TVs.
- 2 smart 50inch TV in bedrooms.
- 65 inch Sony smart tv and sound bar in living room.
- 55 inch TV with fire stick and a 43 inch tv in the game room area with PS4 on the 4th floor.
- There are movie, Cable and local TV channels on the Samsung, Fire-stick and Roku channels.

Must put trash + recycle out Tuesday night by 9PM for Wednesday pick up, trash only on Friday night for Saturday pickup. No plastic bags in recycle!
There's a $50 fee held from your deposit if Trash and Recycle are not taken out. There is a $100 fee if we have to sort your recycle. No plastic bags!
You are required to bring your own bed linens, pillow cases, wash cloths, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. We provide sheets for bunkbed and top quilts

We built our first condo in wildwood in 2009 for our family as since the kids are grown we rent that one on 4700 Atlantic. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. This property we love for the location being in the North wildwood area and close to all things for a great stay.

Why they chose this property

This is a great location with plenty of space for multi familes and a great pool. 3 minute walk to the 26th street pier and rides, Sams Pizza, Chickie and Petes, etc.

Having 4 levels with 2 1/2 bathrooms and 3 large bedrooms provide plenty of space for a relaxing vacation. Sleeps 12 comfortably.

4 levels with a pool and room for 11, is very hard to find.
