A very charming house in a great location with your own parking spot. Very clean and all the amenities you could want. I hope the next time I am in Prescott this is available!!
THIS PROPERTY IS OUTSTANDING!! Location, amenities, cleanliness, quiet/peacefulness, ease of booking/management support, attention to detail, and cuteness factor, all off the charts. Great indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing. Comfy bed and linens, and well stocked kitchen with cookware and utensils. We really enjoyed our stay, the ease of access to downtown Prescott and all of the shops and restaurants, as well as the central location to be able to go to the mountains, local hiking, 4WD trails, Sedona, Flagstaff, and the Grand Canyon. We will be back and will seek out this exact house for staying in Prescott!!
We had a wonderful experience. The house was the perfect location, just 2 blocks from the courthouse. The house was old but quaint and nicely maintained. The owner was excellent to work with. We would definitely stay again.
The place is 2 blocks from Whiskey Row but feels a million miles away, so quiet and relaxing! Hank was easy and helpful to work with, beds are comfortable and front porch is a perfect resting spot! 5 stars!

Super cute and comfy historic home in Prescott! Very easy walking distance to everything that’s downtown. The downtown is super fun!
This little house has everything you need and nothing you don’t need :-)
We were looking for a historic home near the Prescott Courthouse and this little home did the trick! Communication with Hank went well and he even offered to come by to assist us with working the fireplace. It was a snug fit for a family of four, but we made work. Thanks for a great stay!
Very nice, quiet property. Short walk to downtown.
Everything was great about the property, and Hank, the owner, was very easy to deal with. The only small snafu was that when we arrived we could only find a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. We contacted Hank and he immediately brought some over. I would highly recommend this property, and I would definitely stay here again!
Love the location!! Stayed 2 weeks and enjoyed coming "home".
Well equipped kitchen for meals. Could use a kettle. It was in January so the small back yard was not used. Hank is very responsive. Recommended!

Charm and great location
The location couldn’t be better. This house is as cute as it looks online and well put together. It is small so 4 adults would not really work in my opinion. My daughter ended up with some allergies from pet hair. So if your highly allergic you might have an issue. We slept just okay. I think it’s time for a new mattress maybe? Overall I think anyone would love this house.
Perfect location - I cooked while there, fully stocked kitchen, lots of hot water for 3 teenage boys after long days hiking, front porch wonderful for morning coffee and evening wine. I would stay again. Property manager accessible, helpful and responsive while there.
While a bit on the smaller side, the property is cozy, clean comfortable, and easily enough space for 2 (+.5 if you have a baby). We stayed in late-June and the weather was absolutely perfect - 55-88 degrees F the entire time. Very short walk to Whiskey Row and all the great restaurants and bars. We sat out on the front porch in the mornings for breakfast and again in the late afternoon before walking to dinner. Lots of sleep-away camps close by for the kiddos, too. Would definitely stay again!
This home is so cute and in a great location. Located so close to walking the main drag, but a nice quiet neighborhood! If in area again I would definitely stay again!
We really enjoyed our stay- house is cozy and has everything we needed. So close to downtown shopping and restaurants and yet nice and quiet too. Loved sitting on the front porch.
Beautiful cozy circa 1914 home - very clean and comfy - the kitchen is well equipped for cooking in the home. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch enjoying coffee in morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Hank was very easy to communicate with and I would certainly rent from him again
Our stay at Nob Hill was exceptional. The cottage bungalow was beyond charming, so much so that I would love to live there. Everything you need was provided and Hank was wonderful to work with. We will be back in the future and will be highly recommending it to our friends. Thank you so much!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable, well located downtown, within walking distance to Whiskey Row, stores (including Sprouts and Walgreens), museums.
Although small, this house had everything we needed, was so cute and stylish, and it was a great location for walking downtown. I loved soaking in the clawfoot tub. :)
This place is exactly as advertised. It's a beautiful, cozy, historic cottage that's perfect for a couple. The kitchen is well stocked. I really appreciated the sharp knives. They are usually dangerously dull most places. The living room has a comfy couch and a nice TV. You can walk to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The location is perfect!
