Everything was great except for not clarifying the check in process between getting a code versus actually needing a key card that the property management company provides a few miles up the road.

The place was great, cozy, hot tub was amazing. Everything looked upscale. The shuttle service makes all the difference. Stops right in front of the building 3 minutes and you are at the base of the mountain, no parking no hustle.

Great location with access to Loveland Pass

Near stores/groceries in Dillon, numerous hikes from easy to hard nearby, fabulous harder hiking in Loveland Pass area, very close to Frisco/access to Breckenridge area if you want to explore. Condo is quite new, very clean, good for a couple. Would rent again - four stars.

Played the two Keystone courses. Property was perfect for our needs. Just make sure you use their directions rather then relying on Google Maps.

EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE EXCEPT FOR TV SERVICE AND THE AWFUL SPOT FOR PARKING. IT IS A GOOD THING MY HUSBAND COULD BACK HIS WAY IN.

Great, minus the bed

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this place for the location, hot tub, heated underground parking, and kitchen. The bathroom was great, it had a fireplace, and it was clean. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was that the mattress had big craters and was super uneven, and the sheets were polyester and super staticky the whole time. We asked if they had any cotton/flannel sheets and they said no. Also noticed that the other bedding (comforter/blanket) hadn’t been washed. We felt that the bed was pretty uncomfortable.
