Maison de Vacances Piscine et spa Vallon Pont D'arc

Welcome to our charming holiday home, air-conditioned with exterior, ideally located close to the town centre of Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Ardèche river for 6 people.

Take advantage of a convenient location that will allow you to easily discover the wonders of the region while enjoying all the facilities of the city: ice cream parlour and cabaret opposite, supermarket less than 2 minutes away (within walking distance), restaurants, shops, night market in season, bakeries, bars, banks...

You can also enjoy a nice view of the Ardèche mountains.

A swimming pool is at your disposal to cool off under the sun.

On the ground floor, you have a living room with kitchen (Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine), covered terrace to enjoy meals in the shade.

A bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and two bedrooms with king bed of 180 x 200 cm for maximum comfort and TV + upstairs a reading and board games area to disconnect or great moments with family or friends! As well as a bedroom with a queen bed of 160 x 200 cm.

You can park in the secure courtyard (2-3 cars maximum): parking nearby lidl -2 minutes).

• The house is non-smoking (inside) but you can smoke outside: ashtray.
• Pets are not allowed except in exceptional cases.

Bed and bath linen are provided, but if you wish to bring your own it is possible: please let us know when you book.

A deposit will be requested & returned unless there is any damage (details in the contract).
We remind you that tenants are responsible for their own safety and that of their children throughout the stay.

The house must be returned to the same state of cleanliness as when you entered the premises.

• Reservation from Saturday to Saturday in July and August (weekly).
• Minimum 2 night reservations the rest of the year.

We offer a flexible reservation (day and or time to be discussed together) depending on the period and we are at your disposal to answer all your questions.

Heel proper gepoetst huis. De host Sandrine was heel makkelijk steeds te bereiken. Alles in het huis was aanwezig om een aangenaam verblijf te hebben. Er was een Lidl dichtbij, 2 minuten te voet. Het stadje was een kleine 20 minuten stappen. Er is een compact zwembad, heel proper onderhouden.
