It has a (California) king bed and a queen air mattress so it can sleep up to 4. Designated parking stall. Beach gear including beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards included.

We enjoyed our stay while here and the amenities provided. It's in a great location and the weather was beautiful during our entire stay. If there was a heatwave I would see not having any air conditioning would be tough but it worked out for us. We would definitely recommend and book it again. The host was so responsive during our stay. Exceeded our expectations.

Second stay at this property. Obviously, we liked it or we wouldn't have booked it a second time. Two years between stays so two years of wear (don't get me wrong, it is a nice place), well located and the host is super.

What a great little place to stay. Well equipped with all that you need. Beautiful condo in a an exquisite location. The thing I actually liked the most was the communication with the owner. She was very responsive to any concern from the moment I booked till I checked out. Robyn was easy to communicate with. Self check-in and check-out, and no clean-up tasks upon check-out which is nice! The condo was well-equipped with beach gear, snorkels, kitchen supplies and had a spacious layout. It was nice to have access to the community pool. Excellent location in Princeville and very toddler friendly layout with outdoor eating area.

The space is amazing. Sandpiper is a favorite of myself and my friends. This rental is lovely, well stocked, and offers a great place to call home while you adventure and experience the beauty that Kauai has to offer! Bonus is having Foodland a short drive away! Robyn is a wonderful host, and is very responsive when you need to get ahold.

The condo was very nice amd the pool was clean and warm. We loved all the beach accessories. We were here for a week and would recommend. The only reason for the 4 Stars is that it is on a busy road and Friday and Saturday night there was late noisy traffic. We are early to bed light sleepers. So if you are not, this place is absolutely perfect. .
