Air Conditioned, upstairs studio unit sleeps 2 people and is furnished with a king bed, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig® coffee machine, flat screen TV with Roku, WiFi, dishes, beach towels and beach chairs and misc beach items. Lanai area has table and chairs. You have access to pool/Jacuzzi and BBQ area. Click the Video Button above to see the video of this unit.

Sandpiper Village is located in the heart of Princeville just steps away from the scenic walking path that runs through Princeville from the entrance to the world class One Hotel. Perfect for a morning walk to the park or shopping center or an afternoon surf session, or evening stroll to watch the sunset.
The Princeville Shopping Center is conveniently located less than a mile from Sandpiper Village and it features restaurants, a grocery store, gas station and plenty of shopping.

1. 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
2. 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
3. No refund for cancellations less than 14 days.

We were looking for basic, cost effective lodging that was convenient for exploring Kauai. We found exactly what we wanted in this studio. The host was responsive, the unit was comfortable, and the pool area was an added bonus after our long days adventuring on the island.
The poolside grill was perfect for preparing our own fresh fish dinner.

The condo was very comfortable. I slept well. I didn’t rent a car. On the day I arrived I took uber from LIH to Hanalei Bay. After enjoying the mountains and ocean, I took Bus 400 from Hanalei Bay to Princeville center and walked about 1 mile to the condo. Uber is not reliable around Princeville but Bus is. On the departing day, I walked to Princeville center and took Bus to Lihue. Got off at The Fish Express, had poke, then took uber, for a short distance, to get to LIH. I am a senior and am still going through the aftermath of losing my home to the Lahaina fire. This Hanalei trip was quite refreshing as well as affordable. Mahalos to Jack and Braxi! I will visit again!
