Air Conditioned, upstairs studio unit sleeps 2 people and is furnished with a king bed, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig® coffee machine, flat screen TV with Roku, WiFi, dishes, beach towels and beach chairs and misc beach items. Lanai area has table and chairs. You have access to pool/Jacuzzi and BBQ area. Click the Video Button above to see the video of this unit.

Sandpiper Village is located in the heart of Princeville just steps away from the scenic walking path that runs through Princeville from the entrance to the world class One Hotel. Perfect for a morning walk to the park or shopping center or an afternoon surf session, or evening stroll to watch the sunset.
The Princeville Shopping Center is conveniently located less than a mile from Sandpiper Village and it features restaurants, a grocery store, gas station and plenty of shopping.

We were looking for basic, cost effective lodging that was convenient for exploring Kauai. We found exactly what we wanted in this studio. The host was responsive, the unit was comfortable, and the pool area was an added bonus after our long days adventuring on the island.

This is a delightful place. Has all necessities and many extras. Quiet, great neighborhood, great walks around golf course. Near great ( but crowded) grocery store. Honalei Cole with many good restaurants and food trucks. ( if you get there about 5:00 can get into most restaurants in spite of the fat that they say online that all reservations are already booked. ). Thai food trucks particularly good but also had great burgers.Opening the window vents on one side and the sweet patio door brought a great cross breeze, so though an air conditioner was provided it was only used for a very few minutes.In short, highly recommend this place, but know that there are 24 steps up to the front door.

The bed was very comfortable. Nice to have small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and ice chests. Definitely needs some maintenance such as the screen door to the patio which was not functioning well. There was only one (rusted) beach chair and we needed two, no beach towels, however we were able to get ahold of the housekeeper and she brought us another chair and towels. Overall it was ok for what we paid for.We did get a hold of the House Cleaner who ended up bringing us another chair and some beach towels.
