Oh my goodness!!!! The home is beautiful… great place for families to spend time tighter… we had 10 of us ranging from 8 to 80 and they all LOVED it!!! On top of the home being so wonderful it was like our oun animal sanctuary! The have a little eater fall in front and we had elk come right up and have a drink. One decided to tack a name in the little pond. With a wrap around porch the entire family could watch.. a giant BULL ELK AND HIS HERD LOVED THIS PROERTY ALSO… We all decided we have 5i return and stay here again.

The property is beautiful and MASSIVE! Plenty of space for the thirteen of us. It is perfectly located for a quick drive into Estes or entrance to RMNP. It could’ve been equipped a little better albeit they were minor inconveniences….no potholders (but plenty of pots), no dish soap for handwashing dishes but plenty of pods for the dishwasher. Plenty of propane for the gas grill but the grill didn’t work the best. Overall it was a good value considering the size of our group.

Great for our group of 10. The 6 beds let every family group have their own room , bed and bath. Lots of space for getting together both inside and outside. Recreation room/area provided family fun and challenges. Didn't get to use the theater room very much but great screen and viewing for World Cup and WNBA games.

House worked great for our larger family group. It could use a little upkeep - some blinds broken, pond in front clogged/not running - but that didn’t hinder our enjoyment of the property. Worth noting that the hot tub is not enclosed like the pictures show, it’s now open air in the same spot at basement. The only thing that would have helped is to have AC in the house, but overall we had a great week as a family at the house. Wrap-around porch was wonderful for meals and hanging out in the mornings/evenings.

There was 11 of us that stayed at the house. The house is exactly like the photos. I’m somewhat of a clean freak. Trust me when I say the house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. All the bedrooms were very quiet. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the culinary needs. Plenty of pans and dishes. The house is in a convent location to downtown. Just a little too far to walk but only about a 7 minute drive. The neighborhood is super quiet. Check in and check out was easy breezy. I especially appreciate the check out chores. Not a bunch of nonsense. Just pull the sheets, put the towels in the laundry room, run the dishwasher and take the trash out. We absolutely loved the house!

This is a great house. There were 13 in our group (10 adults and 3 kids), and we had plenty of room. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, and each has its own bathroom. The kitchen is large and very well equipped for a large group--plenty of dishes and silverware as well as pots and pans and cooking utensils. And the dining room table easily seats 12 and 14 isn't all that crowded. The outside area is very nice with large decks. And the location is just a few minutes from the center of town. I don't think you can go wrong with this house.

The house is wonderful and clean. The amenities are fabulous with all the games available as well as the wonderful hot tub. The kitchen was so well stocked. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to many activities.The hosts are very responsive to any needs.We had a great time and would love to stay again!

Property is exactly as described - plenty of space, many bathrooms and things to do at the house, well appointed kitchen, great location that was easy to get to everywhere in Estes and Rocky Mtn National park. Would recommend!!
