Eine der besten Ferienwohnungen, die wir bisher hatten. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr hilfreich. Einzig ein Geschirrspüler hat uns ein bisschen gefehlt, ansonsten war alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen, um zu Fuß sowohl ans Meer als auch in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Außerdem ein sehr netter Kontakt. Klare Empfehlung!

Gesamteindruck

Die Ferienwohnung war super. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. In nur 2 Minuten war man bereits am Supermarkt , DM oder auf dem Markt . Zum Strand waren es 10 Minuten zu Fuß, wo auch das neue Einkaufszentrum ist. Auch in die Stadt Pula war man in 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss da.Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben im Internet und man wir sind beeindruckt gewesen von der Villa und der tollen Einrichtung. Die Auffahrt war zum Parkplatz war für unser Auto etwas „abenteuerlich“ . Die Sträucher wurden beschnitten

Wunderbare Wohnung für erholsamen Urlaub

Schöne, gepflegte, ruhige Altbauwohnung in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Lässt sich mit Lüften und Fensterläden kühl halten ohne die Klimaanlage zu aktivieren. Geschäfte, Lokale, Fahrradverleih in der Nähe. Fahrrad praktisch für den nahen Felsstrand, Pula Innenstadt, Aus Flug nach Kap Karmenjak. Über einen Schalter im Flur haben wir versehentlich den Boiler deaktiviert und die Dusche wurde kalt. Info zu Mülltrennung, Flaschenpfand, Bussen in Pula wäre hilfreich gewiesen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely apartment!

This apartment is great! It looks just like the photos, is very clean, has comfortable and spacious bedrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. It’s less than 5 minutes walk away from a small supermarket, around 10-15 mins walk to the beach, and 20 minutes walk into the city centre so is very well located. The owners were very helpful and even arranged our transport from the airport. We were a group of 4 friends aged 20 and this apartment suited us very well but would also be great for families!

Summer holiday with two small kids

Me and my family enjoy staying in Silvia apartament. It is really spacious, well equiped kitchen, Giant bedrooms. Additionally Garden and parking spot. Owner is helpful and give us good ideas where to find nearest beach for the kids etc. I will recommend this aparment to all my friends and family.

Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche hier verbracht. Die Wohnung hat ihren Altbau-Charme bewahrt und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Nähe findet man Supermärkte, Cafés und eine Drogerie. Altstadt und Strände sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar. Unser Gastgeber hat uns sehr gute Tipps für Restaurants gegeben und war jederzeit erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Surprenant !!

L'arrivée dans la ville et plus particulièrement dans le quartier est " surprenant" . Ces immenses maisons qui semblent " à l'abandon" donnent une sensation étrange...mais une fois dans la maison, c'est tout autre. Superbe bâtisse, appartement magnifique, d'une propreté irréprochable. On y trouve tout le nécessaire pour le confort et la cuisine. L'accueil est à noter également, sympathique et disponible. Nous recommandons fortement

Wohnen wie zuhause!

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung in alter Villa in einem alten Villenviertel mit allerdings vielen renovierungsbedürftigen Gebäuden. Aber mit viel Charme. Zwei sehr große Schlafzimmer, gut eingerichtete Küche ( nur Toaster fehlte), überdurchschnittlich viele Küchenutensilien und Geschirr, Töpfe, etc.. Sehr freundlicher Hausverwalter im Nachbarhaus. xxx-Drogeriemarkt(!), Supermarkt, Fischgeschäft, Gemüsemarkt plus Bäcker, Metzger, Bistro, etc. alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Nicht weit zu den Stränden. Top!
