Very good Atmosphere

Novica is a great host, very nice and helpful. there is a bus stop 1 min from the house, where the bus takes you to the beach or city center. it’s also a really nice walk to the city center (30 min). we enjoyed our stay very much :)

Novica ist ein Toller Vermieter 😊 Es war sehr sauber und gemütlich,haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihm,kommen gerne wieder. In der Wohnung ist alles enthalten was man braucht um einen dek Urlaub So angenehm wie möglich zu machen 😁

Einfach nur klasse!!!

Supersaubere, ruhige Wohnung, groß und klimatisiert. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert, wir durften sogar eine fünfte Person mit in die Wohnung aufnehmen. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Die perfekte Unterkunft!!

Unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene und eine 10jährige Tochter) hat zwei Wochen in Kroatien verbracht und wir waren überaus zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und geräumig. An der Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt, alles war sehr neu und komfortabel. Die Küche war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt ausgestattet, die Betten bequem, WLAN, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage waren toll und es wurde eine Kaffeemaschine nach unseren Wünschen zur Verfügung gestellt. Es war unser erster Urlaub als Selbstversorger und wir würden nach dieser Erfahrung dort jederzeit wieder einchecken. Das Haus ist auch sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist toll: in dieser Wohngegend ist es ruhig. Trotzdem ist per Auto alles gut zu erreichen: ein paar Minuten zum Strand, nicht weit von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder in die Innenstadt von Pula. Der eigene Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist komfortabel. Wahrscheinlich würde man aber jederzeit auch ganz normal in der Straße parken können. Unser Highlight unter anderem war aber auch unser Vermieter! Novica und seine Familie sind sehr nett, gut gelaunt und sehr engagiert. Bei Fragen wurde immer schnell reagiert, geholfen und Tipps gegeben. Wir sind z. B. sehr spät angereist...er hat trotzdem auf uns gewartet und wir wurden freundlich aufgenommen. Vielen Dank dafür und eine super schöne Zeit in Pula! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Großraumaufenthalt

Wir haben 2 Wochen Urlaub in Pula verbracht und zu diesem Zweck eine Ferienwohnung gesucht. Novica hat uns eine sehr saubere, geräumige Wohnung geboten und mit allem Nötigen versorgt. Es wurde sogar ein 5tes Bett aufgestellt, obwohl die Kautsch als Schlafgelegenheit ausgewiesen war. Super. Wohnung, Haus und Außenanlage im sehr gutem gepflegtem Zustand und der Vermieter ist sehr Hilfsbereit und konnte uns nicht gute Tipps für Badestände geben sondern auch zur Gegend. Wir 3 Erwachsene/ 2 Kinder haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und werden wenn es uns nach Kroatien / Istrien verschlägt wieder hier Nächtigen.

Alles super, sehr nette Vermieter. Sehr hilfsbereit und sehr netter Kontakt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und großzügig. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Alles wunderbar zu erreichen.
