Offering a comfortable and quiet retreat with 3 king master suites, 2 living areas, a dedicated workspace, and a private hot tub, our Mountain Gypsy townhome (hosted by StayLuxe Vacation Homes) features everything you and your family need for an exceptional Park City vacation year-round.  While the address might say Heber City, we can assure you that we are perfectly situated only a mile from the Jordanelle reservoir for quick access to summer water activities, only a 10-minute drive to Historic Main Street, 15 minutes to both Deer Valley and Park City Mountain resorts, and 20 minutes to Canyons Village.  And soon you'll have quick access to the newest ski resort in the US since the mid-80s, the Mayflower Mountain Resort.  You are sure to fall in love with the views and the amenities that our home has to offer.  Sweeping views of the Uinta Mountain foothills also include a small pond just beyond the back fence where you can hear the frogs singing and watch the ducks relax.  The community walking trail that leads to the Clubhouse begins steps from the front door.  Take your bike or enjoy an evening stroll, whichever you prefer.  A large private hot tub invites you to soak with friends and family as you close a day of adventures, and the Clubhouse, only a 3-minute walk away, offers a pool, hot tub, small gym, theatre room, and pool and ping pong tables as added value.  Mountain Gypsy has it all.

Would definitely recommend this place as it is so close to Park City, Midway, Heber, Jordanelle Dam and the Mirror Lake Highway. This was a last minute reservation as our other plans fell through and Madi from the office helped us save our family get together by helping us reserve this awesome place. It was nicely decorated , very clean and has plenty of room for our family. There were plenty of bedrooms ( five ), the kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub was a nice extra to have. Madi from the office was awesome! She helped make checking in and out so smooth and was there if we needed anything ." -Joy

IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a mandatory Damage Waiver as well as Know Your Guest, a provider of host and property insurance. Your paid reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver per our contract with the private owner of the home. Be sure to review the specifics of this protection in the Rental Agreement. Upon your completed booking, you will receive a link via text (and Airbnb, if booked there) to complete your Know Your Guest verification and sign your Rental Agreement. Please note that the verification process will require that you take a photo of the front only of a government-issued ID followed by a selfie for comparison. This process protects you and our homeowner partner and must be completed before your check-in date, as we cannot offer access to our home without having these in place with your reservation. Once you have completed these steps, you will also gain access to your digital Guest Guidebook.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14 nights or more is required to schedule and pay for a mid-stay clean. The cost for this cleaning is equal to the departure clean.

3) WE DO NOT ALLOW GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IN OUR HOME. SHOULD YOU HOST ANY OF THESE WHILE STAYING WITH US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE AND/OR FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE HOME. YOU ALSO RISK BEING EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND.
