Bucolic atmosphere to take a step aside from the surrounding tumult.<br><br>This cottage of character includes 2 bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with toilet, a terrace.<br>You will find bath, plenty of storage space, double bed upstairs. Sofa, television, dvd player, cd player, wifi, table and chairs in the living room. In the kitchen, fridge, microwave oven, gas stove with oven, coffee bean percolator, toaster, hood. Standing table + stools.<br><br>For those looking for calm and serenity.<br>The cottage, within the grounds of the owners' site, is totally independent.<br>Perfect for hiking, biking and fishing.<br>45 minutes from Angers centre, and 55 minutes from Nantes centre and the Loire 25 minutes away.<br>General food with bread depot 100m away; shops and supermarket 7km away.<br><br><br>
