After your morning hike, enjoy breakfast with an incredible Ocean, Coastline and City Views from inside or outside this designer furnished Laguna Beach Property. Feeling beachy… take a short drive down to Victoria beach or walk a block to the Complimentary Laguna Beach Trolly pick up area (Route 5) taking you down to the beach and all the restaurants, shops and galleries that Laguna has to offer.

Enjoy an incredible view and ocean air in this 3 level property. The entire upper level has an open concept allowing you to enjoy the view from almost everywhere. Gourmet kitchen with professional grade appliances, BBQ, wine cooler, ice maker, and a beverage fridge. Middle level has 2 ensuite bedrooms, 2 baths, with an ocean view deck from master bedroom. Lower level has a separate entrance and can be used as an office, gym, or a 3rd bedroom. The lower level opens up to the courtyard surrounded by Plumeria plants with a gentle wall water fountain and a fire place for that marshmallow nights. The property has a garage with room to park two additional car on the driveway. Smart TV's in each bedrooms and in the living Room, complimentary Internet, printer/scanner and full size washer/dryer are available for your use. Security system is provided.

Beautiful home that met all of our needs

We stayed at this property for a month while our home was under construction. It’s a beautifully appointed home that met all of our needs. The gourmet kitchen and expansive ocean views were a highlight! We also loved having easy access to the trails at Moulton Meadows park. The owner was readily available for questions as needed and provided clear check-in and check-out instructions. I would highly recommend this property to those visiting Laguna Beach!

Fantastic property !

Just completed a 30 day stay at this exceptional property. The home is beautifully designed/decorated with top quality furnishings. Kitchen is a gourmet kitchen with top line appliances. A gourmet chef's dream kitchen. Two dishwasher and four refrigerators. Equipped with every imaginable utensil. We enjoy cooking so got excellent use of the kitchen. The view of the ocean and downtown Laguna Beach an added bonus. The owner provides top end linens and bathroom supplies. Communication with the owner more then one would expect. Extremely accommodating. During our stay Laguna Beach experienced an unusual heat wave. The owner went out of her way to have her contractor install portable air conditioners over the Labor Day holiday as well as providing floor fans. We travel the world extensively and can honestly say this was one of our best experiences !! HIGHLY recommend this property.

Beautiful, well taken care of property on north laguna

We absolutely loved the house and location. Quiet neighborhood in the hills of north laguna. Property was very clean. Amazing chefs kitchen! All of the amenities seemed new. Property owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed.

Quiet, safe and peaceful place to relax

This home is very pleasant and very well equipped. All of the furniture (indoors and outdoors) seems new and is very comfortable. Nice quality linens, new towels, etc. The kitchen is spacious and well- equipped. (Would be a great place to make a holiday dinner.) There is even a printer, which came in very handy during my 6-week stay. The location is very quiet and safe. One note: it is not really practical to walk to the beach or restaurants because it is about a 30 minute walk down the hill. However, you can have food delivered or it is a quick 5-minute drive down the hill. The owners have recently purchased the property and are very responsive and helpful. It is an easy place to stay and the ocean breeze coming through the house from the deck as well as the expansive view (sunsets) make it hard to leave!
