We just stayed overnight for a college visit. The place was immaculate and well decorated. Communication with the management team was impeccable. If you have ADA needs, you will have trouble getting down to the lower level. It was also in a great location.

This loft is very cute, a perfect location if you are visiting UARK. The management company, Cohova, is very responsive. Beds are very comfortable. Check in/out process was very easy. Great options for eating and shopping nearby. Just a few tips if you are staying here:- there isn’t an iron/ironing board - you might bring extra towels, depending on how many are in your family or how long you stay. There are only 4 towels- if you plan to use the pull out couch, bring bed pillows for it. Sheets are provided but no pillows.

We also appreciate you sharing the helpful notes regarding towels, the pull-out sofa setup, and the iron/ironing board. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused during your stay. We’ll review these items with our team to ensure the listing details are accurate and that future guests are better prepared for what is provided in the unit. Your input is valuable in helping us improve the guest experience, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share it.
