The home was clean and basic. We felt it needed an additional lock that could only be opened from indoors as the surrounding neighborhood feels marginal. The house is very bare-bones, kitchen minimally stocked. Basic amenities like soap & sponges were not available. Perfect for a group of guys just looking to crash. Not ideal for groups looking to cook, relax and enjoy the home.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

The Sofay Home was perfect for our weekend in Fayetteville! The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house was very clean and check in was a breeze! We will definitely stay there again!

Great location!

This property had a great location to all popular Faye spots including trails! The property manager quickly responded and fixed a problem that popped up with the house, and it was greatly appreciated! Great outdoor space too! The en-suite bathroom did not have plugs so all electric (hair dryer, toothbrush, face brush) had to be used in hall bathroom. As well items I might add for overall convenience would be more “gather friendly” furniture in living room for family and friends to gather and visit. And it was great to have shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms, thank you, you might add body wash. Overall it was a nice stay!

Probably great for younger people attending football games or college events. We had a 55+ group of 3. No dining table, very small breakfast table. No places to put luggage and things in the bedrooms/beds only. Very roomy, yet stark furnishings. No icemaker. Everything was very clean, and nice, just not enough furnishings. Very nice, attentive host. Neighborhood a little surprising.

GREAT HOUSE

This place was absolutely spotless, everything worked as it should and it had everything we needed for our stay. In a lovely, quiet neighborhood, close to everything with a great back yard area to hang out and watch Arkansas play football on the outdoor TV. Highly recommend.

We were in town for the Garth Brooks concert at Razorback Stadium. We were luck enough to find a gem of a home that perfectly fit all our needs. The home is lovely, clean and was very local to so many things in Fayetteville. If we have a need to stay in Fayetteville again, we will definitely stay here if we can. The hosts were very attentive to work with.
