Only a 1/2 mile walk to the new SHARC aquatic center! With this home, you will receive 8 unlimited swim and tennis passes. These passes are good at both the SHARC Aquatic center as well as the tennis courts.

This home features 1900 square feet of living space with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It sleeps 8 people comfortably (10 max). The master and 2nd bedroom each have king beds. The 3rd bedroom has 3 twins and a full. There are 2 TV's, 2 DVD's, stereo with a CD player and wireless internet. The large deck houses a barbeque and hot tub and backs to a large common area for added privacy. In addition there are 10 bicycles available.

As seen in the pictures, this home backs to a large common area for added privacy. It is not near a busy road. The new aquatic center is only a 1/2 mile from the home. Fort Rock Park is located 3 blocks along the bike path from the house. This is a wonderful benefit for families with children.

Please note that renters must be at least 25 years of age.

This beautiful home far exceeded our expectations. It was so spacious and beautifully decorated. Our grandchildren enjoyed the bikes. We loved the hot tub. The host was quick to respond and the kitchen was very well stocked for anyone who cooks. There was an extra dining room table for games and puzzles. The location was close to everything we needed. We will be back!

Home was much more spacious than appeared in the photos. Kitchen was well equipped. Master bedroom mattress is a little squishy for those of us who need a firmer bed. Place was spotless. Upgraded couch and mattresses would bring me back to this home in the future. Location was great!

Everything you could want

The house had everything we could want... comfortable space, beautiful views, cooking gear was all there, SHARK passes and a hot tub.The TV was a bit confusing to work, but we didn't really need to watch TV.If we return, we would want to stay there again. Thank you!

Why they chose this property

The house is located in a private area of Sunriver. It is not near a busy road which allows me to relax and enjoy my stay. I have been visiting Sunriver since I was a child and feel it is one of the best places on earth.

What makes this property unique

Only a 1/2 mile walk to the new aquatic center!!! Short walk to both Fort Rock Park, North store and the mall.
