The cottage La Bergerie, located in the land of granite at the heart of the Norman bocage, is perfect for a restful stay amidst a preserved nature. our central position offers you the possibility to explore and enjoy the most beautiful Norman touristic sites: Mont Saint-Michel, the D-Day beaches, Honfleur, Deauville, the Swiss Normandy, the cliffs of the Alabaster Coast, and even Brittany (Dinan, Dinard, Saint-Malo...)

This country house offers you, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room with TV, and a shower room. On the first floor, you will find the main bedroom (1 bed: 140 x190 cm) and a beautiful, light-filled mezzanine, thanks to a large bay window overlooking the swimming pool area. On the second floor, you will find the second bedroom (2 beds 90 x 190 cm).

Encircled by an expansive one-hectare park, this retreat offers a serene sanctuary nestled within the verdant Norman bocage. Orchards, woods, valleys, and streams blend into a harmonious picture, inviting to contemplation and relaxation. Children can play in the playground, while sports enthusiasts can enjoy the tennis court and the heated swimming pool.

The cottage is located on the owner's land, with whom you will share the leisure areas (we are vigilant in preserving the privacy of our guests), but the vast space of the garden and the location of the cottage guarantee the tranquility necessary for a pleasant stay.

NB: Located in the countryside, the cottage does not yet have Wi-Fi (optic fiber in deployment). However, internet is accessible through 4G network.

Heerlijk huis als je van rust en luxe houdt. Schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Ligging in het buitengebied, maar heel veel te doen binnen een afstand van 30 tot 60 minuten. Vriendelijke eigenaren! Ze laten je heerlijk genieten, maar zijn er voor je als je ze nodig hebt.

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern (8 Jahre) eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Mirjam und Cedric. Das Haus hält absolut, was es verspricht. Wir finden es live und in Farbe sogar noch besser als auf den Fotos . Es ist gemütlich und beinhaltet alles, was man zum urlauben, wohnen, wohlfühlen und genießen benötigt: Badewanne, Dusche, die wichtigsten Küchenutensilien, Infomaterial, TV (und DVDs falls man möchte), Spiele, Platz,… unschlagbar ist natürlich der Pool direkt vor dem Haus, den unsere Kids täglich genutzt haben. Toll, ist auch der Tennisplatz. Einfach, aber es reicht für ein paar Ballwechsel. Das Gelände ist riesig, und unsere Kinder haben es ausgiebig erkundet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und diskret. Sie achten auf Nachhaltigkeit und Mülltrennung, etc. Das gefiel uns! Es gibt neben der sympathischen Familie noch einen Hund, der jung und daher verspielt ist. Unser Sohn hatte anfangs Angst vor dem Hund. Aber auch hier waren die Gastgeber sehr verständnisvoll, haben Acht gegeben und dabei geholfen, dass er zu dem Hund doch noch einen Draht findet . Danke dafür!Die Umgebung ist ebenfalls toll: Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint Malo, Grainville, D-Day-Beaches… Man muss ein bisschen fahren, aber es lohnt sich. Die Dörfer in der Umgebung sind ebenfalls schön und mit etwas Glück kann man ein Event wie z.B. ein seifenkistenrennen erleben.Wir danken der Familie für den schönen Urlaub!Alles Gute und vielleicht bis bald!

Ein Ferienhaus, in dem man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen und erholen kann! Hinzu kommen unfassbar sympathische Vermieter, die immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit sind! Wir können den Aufenthalt mit zwei Kindern definitiv weiterempfehlen und können uns einen erneuten Urlaub dort auf jeden Fall vorstellen!

Es war eine tolle und erholsame Zeit im Cottage. Der Pool und auch der Tennisplatz waren einfach super. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und sprechen sogar gut Deutsch. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.
