The second level of the home has four master bedrooms, each with a private attached bath and TV. Three king master bedrooms and one queen. Picking a room will be difficult when the lake views out the two back master bedrooms are gorgeous, and they have deck access. Take your morning coffee outside for a quiet moment before the day. A theater room is also on this level. Sit back and relax in the theater style seating and watch from DVD your favorite movie.

The third level of the home has the final master bedroom, a king master bedroom with a spacious attached private bath. You can access the top-level deck from the home. Bring the family together in the great room. With plenty of seating and views of Hatteras Island, you might find yourself spending all day here. Have meals at the large dining table with room for ten. For a quick breakfast, use the breakfast bar with seating for five. The kitchen is perfect and ready to make vacation meals for your whole family. The deck off the great room is the best place to watch the island. *Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
