This gîte comprises a kitchen/dining room, a shower room, a toilet, a bedroom with two single beds, two bedrooms with a double bed each. There is a fenced and tree studded garden, a large terrace and a sand pit. Gas heating. There is a supplementary charge for the gas, the electricity and the wood. Ground level detached house situated in the heart of a countryside village at the doors of the Bourgogne and the Chablis region where forests and meadows are the key words, and in peaceful and verdant environment at 5km form Ervy le Châtel and 40km from Troyes and Auxerre.
