Welcome to our holiday rental located right in the heart of Chaource, a picturesque village in the Aube department with all the amenities you need (supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy…), ideal for a getaway with family or friends. Just 30 minutes from Troyes, at the gateway to the vineyards and the Tonnerrois region, this townhouse—which can accommodate up to 6 people—combines comfort and simplicity. The bright and spacious rooms are thoughtfully laid out to meet all your needs. Whether you’re seeking nature, history, or relaxation, Chaource and its surroundings offer plenty of options. On the ground floor, you’ll find a living area with a sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). Upstairs, you’ll find a twin bedroom (2 beds, 90x200), a double bedroom with a 140x190 bed, and another double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a TV, as well as a full bathroom (shower and tub) and a separate toilet. Outside, a small enclosed courtyard with a covered patio is perfect for dining or relaxing. Free street parking. No electric car charging available at the cottage (charging station 50 metres away). Heating and electricity are included, subject to reasonable usage (metre reading). Firewood provided for the welcome fire. Beds made; bath and household linens provided. End-of-stay cleaning INCLUDED. A negotiated monthly rate may be available. A seventh bed can be added upon request.
