We are located in Windward Pointe #206.

We are Beach Front, directly on the beach. Walk out the building and you are immediately on the beach.

Come have your Beach FLING with us! / 2 night minimum. Summer season is Saturday to Saturday, by the week only. The pictures don't do it justice!

This spacious family friendly condo is in the popular Windward Pointe community. ALL BEDROOMS have direct access to the larger than average wrap-around balcony.

This condo is ONLY 16 STEPS TO THE GROUND FLOOR, an easy walk back for snacks, drinks and no waiting for an elevator! We also provide a porta-crib and porta-high chair to make your life even easier.

Come enjoy resort amenities like a huge SUNDECK, OUTDOOR and HEATED INDOOR POOLS and a KIDDIE POOL. There also is an indoor heated spa, sauna and workout room. Lighted tennis court and basketball court round out the activities.

This property is exactly as pictured and described. There were some things at no fault to the owner (construction next door right now), TV is really hard to figure out (if you just want it for news or a game even while being tech savvy), you feel a TAD bit watched over at times (which I feel is a thing with condo buildings, but wasn't an issue). Condo, location and the 2nd floor access right by beach and pool access (stores and groceries included right there), beach, sunrise AND sunset - cannot be beat! We would love to come back - thank you, Anita!!

The perfect condo for 2 families with teens! Plenty of space. Great deck and view, perfect place to end each day. Lots of dolphins watching (look between the 2 palm trees on the left of the deck).Thanks again for letting us rent for a week, lots of memories made.

Beautiful view and excellent communication

The condo was in a perfect location and with a gorgeous view. There were a couple of issues we had to contact the owner about - nothing major, a fire alarm battery that was chirping and needed to be replaced and wifi stopped working - but she instantly responded with a phone call and text and had the issues resolved quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Convenient location and easy to work with!

First timer....

This was my first time to Orange Beach. This was also my first "family vacation" with my girlfriend and her teenage daughter. We all had a blast!! The beach was beautiful, though often full. The pool was clean and the property fairly well-maintained.

As the titles says, every thing was perfect from the beginning to the end! One of the nicest condo’s we have stayed in. Anita was very responsive when I had a question and she even called to check in on us to make sure everything was good. Loved the beach closet that was full of beach chairs, floats etc. will definitely stay here again!

Location, location, location!

This is the third year that we have booked this condo. The location in the corner unit makes for easy beach and pool access. Other than loading and unloading you won’t need to rely on the ever evasive elevators (this became important to us after staying on the 21st floor of another condo with one working elevator). This condo is very well equipped from the well stocked kitchen to the incredible closet of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. We will book this condo again.
