Sunswept 2BR Direct Gulf Front - OPEN MARCH 26-APR 1, APR 12-26, MAY 2-14,22-30

There are no management fees included with this rental. This 6th floor unit has been renovated with new furnishings. 18' tile throughout the condo. The kitchen has all the appliances, dishes, cookware, utensils needed for a great stay. Granite countertop throughout the kitchen and bar. The Living Room has a new sofa, two side chairs and a 42' TV. The master bedroom has a new king bed with linens and side tables with a 32' Samsung TV and cot for extra sleeping. The second bedroom has brand new twin beds, 32'' Samsung TV and DVD player. Both bathrooms have updated showers, linens and granite counter tops. We also have our on private balcony which overlooks the large swimming pool and gulf, with great views to watch dolphins play, parasails, boats, and people swimming.

We also have free wifi.

If you are interested in early check in at 1:00 p.m. it would be an additional charge of $100 please just contact me and I will let you know if it is available.

Sunswept is located directly on the sugar white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama.

There are two elevators to serve you with ample parking for residents and guests. There are two charcoal grills for your use outside on the east end of building.

You can walk across the street to Walmart, Rouses Market, rent a movie, or go to one of the many restaurants without ever getting into your car.

Security cameras are onsite.

We booked this unit for 5 days 4 nights. The building is great, right on the beach. The balcony & outside furniture was a great hangout & the views were amazing. Every morning we saw dolphins in the Gulf of Mexico. Close to attractions, restaurants & stores. Pool was clean & refreshing. Beach access was convenient. Beach service was polite. Very quiet unit/building. Easy to get in & out of from the street. Check in was easy.

Awesome weekend.. property was perfect location, just as listing showed. Everything you need for a great stay was available. These aren’t big issues if we had stayed longer may have contacted for resolution—- tv in front bedroom would not work and new mattress pad and pillow protectors needed in main bedroom due to stains. Will stay again for sure.

We have the most beautiful beaches in the world and this complex is situated in a great location in Orange Beach, Alabama. I grew up here and been coming to Orange Beach my entire life. We have traveled all over the world and we have the prettiest beaches I have ever seen. You can arrive in your car and never have to drive again unless you want to, until you leave. There is shopping, dining and grocery stores located directly across the street from this complex. Senghi, Cactus Cantina, and more located just across the street. .

What makes this property unique

Walking the beach, shelling, swimming, sunning and just relaxing. Also Gulf State Park is within 1 mile for walking or biking.

It is also about 40 minutes away from the Pensacola Naval Air Museum. About 50 minutes from Pensacola Airport.

There are several marina's to book a fishing trip, dolphin cruise or sunset trip. You can also rent pontoon boats or jet skis or get on a parasailing boat.
