You couldn’t have planned it better!
Private beach on North Bay (0.8 miles), hiking around Eagle pond, tennis, grocery shopping and restaurants, public golf course - all minutes away from this recently renovated one level home located on a quiet cul-de-sac.
The master bedroom features a king size bed, desk/home office area, an adjacent luxurious bathroom and a private deck.
The other two bedrooms consist of a king size and two twin size beds and decorated in costal whites and blues. All three bathrooms are full and have been renovated with highest quality materials and details.
The sun-filled, well equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, wine fridge and newer appliances opens to an elegant dining area and a tastefully designed living room.
The home offers: central air, linens and towels provided, high speed internet, Netflix/Prime”free” included, first floor laundry, a sunroom, a ping pong table in the garage with a set of rackets.
Outside, the stunning stone-paved patio with a fireplace , surrounded by manicured lawn and landscaping, is a perfect place to relax and grill after a day at the beach. The newly built outdoor shower with changing area is ideal to wash the sand off.

No smoking, pets, parties or events.

Extra perks at the home include beach towels and chairs and a Barnstable beach pass if you decide to explore other beaches.
A quintessential Cape Cod getaway awaits your crew of six.
One week stay minimum.

Rental of only 12 weeks per season allowed . Book yours before it’s gone.

Replacement fee for a lost beach pass is 390$ if it’s town of Barnstable, 150$ if it’s association pass.

Great Rental in Lovely Community

Great rental house! We loved the location in Cotuit Bay Shores - amenities were wonderful. The house was super clean and the landscaping was impeccable- hosts were thoughtful and responsive and even left us goodies on our arrival! Our teenager loved having his own “wing” and our 5 year old loved being right next us

Just what was needed

This was a very clean property. After 2 pandemic years, we finally got away with our family to celebrate our 30th anniversary. There was plenty of room to be together and by ourselves. The home was spacious, very clean, and well appointed.

"Home-from-home"

Loved the generous beds and three bathrooms were perfect for 2x2 adults and a teenager! Very wide range of kitchen gadgets and utensils so no need to bring your kitchen with you. Stop and Shop < 1 mile away. Did visit the private beach but preferred the Association beaches.

Hostess With The Mostest

This was a great, very neat house out in a quiet section of woods. It was extremely clean and fresh-feeling and I felt like I was staying in a one-of-a-kind house out of a magazine with a recessed living room and nice patio where I could have my morning coffee and enjoy the natural beauty of the woods. The conjoined walking paths were well maintained and I wish I could have spent more time exploring the area. The host did a noteworthy job of staging the house to make it feel welcoming and add a variety of welcome snacks and such to make us feel at home. Of the half-dozen places I stayed on The Cape, nobody set things up quite like this and I have to say this property was my favorite.
