Great place to just stay at the house for incredible kayacking, outdoor dining for more than a dozen, looking out onto a beautiful inlet. A very quiet and tranquil location. Beautiful nature right outside your door. Totally stocked with kitchen items, beach towels and chairs, life preserves, bicycles, etc.

Lovely house and beautiful setting. We had a total of 10 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us to be together or work or relax in a private spot if we wanted to. We made use of the well equiped kitchen and enjoyed many meals around the table that fit all 10 of us. It was great for playing games too. The fire pit was perfect for the cool fall nights and the grill was top notch. We enjoyed using the sound system to play all of our playlists and really enjoyed using kayaks. My family and I had a fabulous time for a special fall week celebrating my milestone birthday. Although we came during a nor’easter and it rained for 3 days, we were able to thoroughly enjoy the spacious house until we could venture outside. The view from inside was still beautiful! Once it cleared up, we were able to enjoy the kayaks and the fire pit. Everyone was happy and comfortable. The New Seabury neighborhood is serene and beautifully Cape Cod quaint. And the hosts were readily available for some minor questions we had before and during our stay. I highly recommend this home if you have a large family or group. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and comfortable sleeping and seating areas.

Great spot on the water for our large family stay (had wedding nearby). Plenty of beds and rooms for us to spread out. Loved spending time on the deck which got sun most parts of the day. Kayaking was also a highlight.

We had a great stay at a great location! The owners were very accommodating and responsive to messages before our stay. There are definitely a lot of rules to follow, but if you’re okay with that it’s a beautiful place.

Family getaway at the cape

The house is clean and we had a very comfortable stay. The hosts were responsive and approachable. Definitely recommend it for anyone visiting the cape and looking for a comfortable place to stay.

Great family vacation spot

Great house for a family vacation. Great views, close to everything (South Cape Beach, Mashpee Commons, ice cream shops, grocery store etc.), good amount of space for our group of 11 that ranged in age from 6-73. No lawn/grass area as shown in photos, but plenty of other areas to hang out.

Summer week with family

This was the perfect location and size of home for our party of eight. We spent much time on the deck overlooking the bay, as well as taking the kayaks to the beach near the ocean.

Owners were super responsive and kind. We had a hiccup and they were wonderful in helping us solve the problem. The house was lovely and had plenty of room to spread out for our 3 different families. The kids enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking and the adults loved sitting on the deck. It was a wonderful and beautiful vacation!

Annual Family Trip
