Beautiful 2 bedroom located at The Mooring a high end luxury resort style condo on the intercostal. -MAIN BUILDING- It is a hidden gem on Florida’s East Coast. The landscaping reflects a tropical location. Boat slips are available on site or you can rent a boat for the day . The complex has 2 pools , 2 hot tubs , sauna, gym, billiard room , business center and clubhouse . There is 24 hour security , valet parking and cafe on site., 1 garage parking space. Walking distance (15minute walk) to restaurants. Beaches , Shopping , restaurants and world class spa are minutes away. Condo association must do a background check $100 processing fee per married couple. Or $100 fee per person if not married ... 28 day minimum is required for stays per association guidelines ...TIME NEEDED for association to receive paperwork to review ...at least 14 days notice PRIOR TO STAY AT RENTAL. This is a non smoking unit. No smoking or parties allowed.

Debbie was a terrific host. Everything that you could need was there including all kitchen, utensils, etc. people in the condos are also very friendly and excepting of a VRBO rental.

We felt at home; grandkids loved, especially 2 and 1/2 yr old.

Lovely and helpful host. She even met us on arrival and showed us around. Could use a few small upgrades - the blinds and window treatments could use attention. But mainly, the bedroom and master closet Carpets are quite soiled. Really need cleaning. Otherwise, all good and a fun experience

Excellent condo choice.

Condo was well located and the development was well maintained. The homeowner made a real effort to provide us with everything that we would need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels for the bath as well as for the beach. We enjoyed the amenities of the pool and gym daily. Owner quickly responded to a few questions that we had. The arrival process was easy and quick. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great Unit at The Moorings

We have rented at The Moorings on several occasions and this was the nicest unit from the decor to the supplies. Plenty of towels, coolers, kitchen ware. Also, large TVs in every room as well as Netflix and other pay channels. Debbie was very communicative before, during and after. Would highly recommend not only this property but this unit!

Lovely Lantana

This is a beautifully decorated, well equipped, and clean condo. The linens, towels, and blankets were of superb quality. Lots of hangers which is a rarity in rentals and when slight issues arose the owner was responsive and had excellent problem solving skills. A lovely place to stay.
