Beachpass for Oceanpark beach is included in the house! Presenting the pass card you will be given two chairs and an umbrella at the beach that is only 1 mile away!

The kitchen sink was leaking underneath the sink. The faucet was broken. The coffee pot worked sometimes. The pillows were terrible. No dishwasher. Bathroom fan was so loud it was unbearable! The parking was good and so was the location. Stay away from this unit! 206n

Loved how secure the building is. Beautiful building and grounds. Condo itself was terrific. It was me and my 15 year old daughter and we loved it. Close to the beach and great restaurants.

Very nice condo resort

I was very impressed with this resort and this condo. This condo resort is immaculate. The landscaping is gorgeous and the pool area was great with panarama views it was incredible. The mini apartment we stayed in was clean, cozy and comfortable. We really enjoyed the access to the parking garage and the elevators to the fifth floor pool area and gym. Highly recommend this for your next getaway! Location is superb!

Everything was great. The condo is one bedroom with a kitchenette and living room area. Very impressive - consigner, valet, garage and everything very secure. The hot tubs have been removed so the listing should be updated. Very nice place to stay.

Great location and property

The condo was very clean and communication with the owner was great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I liked the security of the garage. Although we didn’t use the pool, we walked around those areas as well as the gym. All areas looked inviting and in well-maintained shape. Two suggestions for an enhanced stay would be to have a TV in the bedroom and a walk-in shower, otherwise, it was a great stay and I would return here to rent.

Overall very satisfied, after a bumpy check-in that got resolved within 20 minutes. Property well described, but could use a fresh coat of paint in all rooms. Great to have secure, garage parking and the beach pass was a real plus! Would stay on property again.

The unit was smaller than the one we had previously. There was no balcony, no tv in the bedroom and no ice cube trays. The coffee machine did not work properly and the bed was very old and not comfortable. The toilet was not functioning correctly and making hissing sounds.
