It is situated within the "HORIZON ATLANTIQUE" residence, with a secure outdoor car park, direct access to the customs officers' path leading to Plage de la Fontaine aux Bretons, and a heated swimming pool available from 15 April to 15 October.



Nearby is the ECO DOMAINE DE LA FONTAINE AU BRETON, which offers dining facilities, a bike rental service, a grocery shop and a SPA area. It has a double bedroom (140cm bed) and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 3 people.



The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to make you feel at home; ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, moulded casserole dish, citrus press. Access to the residence is via a secure gate and the accommodation has a reserved parking space. Access to the accommodation and swimming pool is accessible to people with reduced mobility.



There is also a free shuttle service during the summer season 200m from the house to reach Pornic and the other nearby beaches.
