Very beautiful property! Great for a friend trip or small family. Has pool access and public beach access. Location is center to other cities like Rosemary and Grayton. Restaurants and a Publix are close by. Hosts are very responsive and the house comes with beach supplies!

The town home is decorated super nice and Tina has went out of her way to make sure all the items you will need are provided . Tina has a great welcome packet with nice tips for the area . I would say stop looking for another place to stay book now as this is the real deal well taken care of home .

Vacation at Love 30A Knowles Family

We enjoyed our stay over the week. Tina and Tim were excellent hosts communicating instructions and good information on the area. The house was immaculately clean. I will say the 30A area seemed much more crowded than when we last visited 6 years ago which made beach access difficult. We did manage to get a parking spot at one of the beach access lots but there was only one spot left at 9am on a Thursday and once there the public beach area was extremely crowded so we just walked the beach a bit and then left. We still had a good time visiting Rosemary Beach and all the great places to eat and walk around. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at LOVE30A! The townhouse was stunning—far more beautiful than the pictures could capture. The location couldn’t have been better, with great shops and restaurants just steps away. The comfortable bikes were a fantastic bonus and made it easy to explore the area.We also enjoyed visiting the nearby public beaches, which were easily accessible. While the pool area was a bit busy at times, we were still able to find seating and had a great time relaxing and playing board games at the large table.The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly return!

Luxury on 30A

Turn the Tide offers a beautifully decorated upscale, comfortable, and inviting accommodation. The beds were super comfortable. The location is ideal as it sits between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Fun entertainment/food is walking distance across the street at the Chill for sports or music lovers. It’s a great space and location for all your needs.

The property was great, very clean and close to everything on 30A. Beach equipment was definitely a plus, just plan on getting to the beaches early during peak season as parking can be challenging.

The property and area was absolutely amazing. Best property I have ever stayed at. We spent the week celebrating my daughter turning 16! The house was perfection. So clean, so organized and fantastic amenities. I can’t say enough. So thankful for our week of memories at this amazing place!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Love30A Prominence Turn The Tide. The house was beautifully done, clean and extremely well organized. The property is in an excellent location, across the street from the Hub. We would highly recommend this property and we look forward to coming back to stay here next time we visit the beaches along 30A.

Perfect Beach Vacay

30A is our favorite beach destination and this property has become our favorite place to stay. The pictures do not do it justice! It is absolutely beautiful and the property owners were very informative and hospitable. The location was convenient to all of the 30A towns. I would definitely recommend this property! This was a perfect location for a family wanting to relax and spend time together! There were multiple beach access areas and shopping. The place is filled with all the amenities needed for the beach, cart to haul the beach towels, chairs and tents. Also bikes for moving around to places easily. Tina and Tim exceeded our every expectation. Their beautiful home is exactly what was described in the listing and even more! Summer Beach Trip

We had a wonderful time at LOVE30A Prominence! This home is so lovely and cozy! It is just like the pictures, VERY clean and well stocked, we felt at home the moment we walked in. The location is great too! You are 5-8 min drive to gorgeous beaches. Our kids loved the pool and the Big Chill, both walkable. We also loved the bikes, rode everyday. Such a fun trip!
