Sonia was very accommodating when our flight was cancelled. The location is the best; access to beach and walking distance to all the great restaurants. One of my favorite places to visit.

The condo is in a good locations steps away from the pool and beach. The view from the balcony is as you see from the picture. The bedrooms are comfortable with good air conditioning. The washer dryer combo is new and works as expected. The bathroom could use some TLC but is functional. I enjoyed my stay despite the current water crisis in the area affecting the building. I recommend checking the current updates regarding the water rationing. As the Puerto Rico is suffering from a historic drought.

I love this beachfront condo location on the 18th floor. Isla Verde is a great spot away from the craziness of downtown, with plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The beach is also fabulous. Wonderful for a quick get-a-way for a long weekend.

We had a great stay at Sonia's condo! This was our first time staying in Marbella; we've stayed at other buildings on this street for prior trips, and this whole building was by far our favorite! The condo was clean, close to everything, offered gorgeous ocean views, and was perfect for our family of 4. The building was well maintained, has a great pool, and it's steps to the most beautiful beach. Sonia was a wonderful host, super responsive, checked in during our stay, and provided all the information we needed for a fantastic week. We will definitely be back next year!

This property was a great location! 5 minutes from the airport and less than 20 minutes from Old San Juan and nightlife like La Placita. Amazing view of the beach from the balcony

Spectacular View

Great location- private access to the most amazing beach, restaurants etc! Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony with the gorgeous view of the ocean.

BEAUTIFUL SPOT AND GREAT PLACE TO STAY

We work for a construction company and sent our co workers there to stay while they did work in Puerto Rico. The guys said the place was beautiful and had nothing but great things to say about it. I would 100% recommend this to stay here with Sonia if you get the chance

Excellent Christmas Vacation

Awesome Ocean View

Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Location is in walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Sonia the host answered my questions in a timely manner and made sure we were aware of the ocean swimming conditions during our stay. Very relaxing vacation!
