This small cottage features a charming bedroom, bath, and kitchen, as well as a relaxing front room and outdoor space for grilling.

Recently purchased and refurbished, the 1947 cottage received all-new furniture and new interior paint.

Note: From October 2025 to November 2026 (with a break for Summer 2026), the Sunset Beach Sanitary District will be improving the sewer system under the greenbelt across from the cottage. This does not effect parking or beach access and is largely underground.

I like this property due to its beach proximity, price point and provided parking space. Everything one needs is provided. It's not high end luxury, but it serves the purpose of allowing one to drop into Sunset Beach and immediatel frel at home there. The home is dated, but well maintained.

The cottage was super clean and darling. The beach view was obstructed by very LOUD construction taking place on the sewer system. Not Bobs fault, he diid mention that work was being done outside of the cottage but it wouldn’t effect us. It very much effected us! Backhoes, dump trucks, jack hammers, etc beginning at 7am and working all day.

Our town is upgrading very very old sewer equipment. Not much we can do about it. The good news is, they take the summer off, it doesn't interfere with the use of the beach, and it doesn't interfere with the charming town. We disclosed all this on the listing. It'll be over soon, but the cottage is the cottage, the beach is the beach, and the town is the town.

Yes, the place is very comfortable, and its location is great. The beach is right across the street. It's a hidden jem. We felt safe along with the area being friendly. We chose this area because its low key but in a short drive you can find plenty of entertainment. Having a parking spot right in front is a plus. The owners are a phone call away but never had to call them because everything is taking care of. Thank you and yes, we will plan to stay there again.

A small cottage, the property nonetheless features a large outside space in the back for grilling, as well as a deck out front for enjoying the people walking along the greenstrip along Pacific Avenue. Walk across the street and you're on the beach.
