PEACEFUL LAKEFRONT VIEWS WITH COVERED BOAT SLIP

Enjoy Lake Life on Lake Hamilton and all the exciting activities Hot Springs has to offer!
This cute, clean and comfortable condo offers wonderful water views from the large balcony and accommodates up to 6 guests with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a sleeper sofa .
The spacious master bedroom has a private bathroom and direct access to the balcony.
The open kitchen and living area features a fireplace and wet bar with beverage fridge.
There is also a separate balcony for cooking on the electric grill.
A covered boat slip and a personal watercraft pad is available to our guests, along with the Farr Shores community boat ramp, swimming pool and tennis courts.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We really loved this property it was perfect for us all. My mother loved the balcony looking out over the lake. My granddaughter loved the pool. It was very clean and nice. The property was exactly as shown in pics. View from balcony was the perfect way to start and end our day. We stayed here while attending a dance competition in Hot Springs. The location was perfect with lake views but not a long drive into town.

This condo was very well decorated and very clean. The view from the balcony over the lake was fantastic. Very relaxing looking across the lake, even saw an Eagle. The directions from the owner were spot on and the entrance information was perfect.

Great quiet location on Lake Hamilton

Property was very clean and just what we were looking for on the weekend. The covered boat slip was perfect for our fishing boat. The private boat ramp was great. Very close to Garvan Gardens. Short boat ride to Fisherman’s Wharf where we pulled into their dock. Property manager responded very quickly to the one question we had. We’ll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was peaceful and quiet. The condo is very comfortable. Nice decor and very roomy. The balcony is large and the view is perfect. Nice view

Overall clean and just what we needed for a weekend stay. I agree with a previous review… in serious need of new furniture and bedding and I’ll add painting. We really enjoyed the deck and the smart TV’s.
