Newly furnished gated condo in an outstanding location, with easy punch code access and elevator. Private assigned parking. Found on Lake Hamilton’s main channel, with access to a private covered boat slip. Only 6 miles away from downtown: great for biking and hiking enthusiasts, includes various fine-dining options, countless stores, and the famous Hot Springs Bathhouses. This condo is dog-friendly and sleeps 6 people: 2 king-sized beds, 2 bathrooms, and 1 sleeper sofa. Enjoy a family game night cozied up next to the electric fireplace, in our newly furnished living room with games, books, and movies provided. Also kick back and relax on one of our two decks, overlooking Lake Hamilton with stunning views of the sunset and fireworks. The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, with breathtaking sunset views of lake hamilton, bathroom with soaker tub and dual-vanity, and straight access to the deck. Living room includes large smart screen TV, with TVs in both bedrooms as well, each including a premium TV package including sports. Other amenities comprise of a fully-stocked kitchen, a wet bar, a barbecue grill on deck, access to a fishing pier, sun deck, pool, sauna, hot tub, and club house, all essential to having an enjoyable vacation stay. The condo was exactly as presented in the description. Everything was clean and fresh. It was a great space for a family getaway with perfect proximity to dining and entertainment. The only complaint I had was having to ask for check in instructions and door code access. I never received check out instructions so I followed standard rental protocol. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others as well. Also, I don’t usually rest well when traveling but the master bed was sooo comfortable! You can’t beat a Lake Hamilton sunrise/sunset… will return soon!

The sauna did not work. We did not report it because before we even knew it didn’t work we had ran into the maintenance man at the hot tub and he complained about having to drive 25 min to come check things he saw in the camera from other people The sauna and hot tub were the man reason we chose this location so tha was disappointing. The condo itself was absolutely perfect. Clean! Comfy!!

Yes, Victoria was very helpful. The condo was so nice and the view was amazing. I wouldn’t loved to have been directly on the waterfront but it was still very nice. Normally I don’t sleep very well when I’m away from home but, oh my goodness that bed was amazing I felt like I was sleeping on the clouds. It was very quiet, so our time there was all that we had hoped for and more. Will definitely be back. Thanks again for the wonderful accommodation
I love collecting rocks and I have a 7 year old granddaughter who has taking an interest collecting rocks as well. So we picked up a few for her from one of the local rock shops.
