"Austintatious" Townhome located 15 minutes to downtown/C.O.T.A

Unique Townhome with its own special character featuring contemporary
/ modern updates. The entry to the town home community has 2 security gates. Enjoy the amenity of a fully-furnished kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, gas-stove, granite counter tops, beautiful cabinets. Kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, silverware, hand towels, paper towels, coffee, and some snacks. Also provided is clean drinking water from a 5 gal water dispenser.

Hard wood floors are throughout the entire home with plush area rugs & comfortable new couch. There is a half-bath downstairs. A beautiful white stone fireplace & wooden mantle in the living room add a cozy & inviting element.

Get a great night's sleep in a comfortable, luxury, king size canopy bed with beautiful area rugs, and plenty of comfortable pillows. There is plenty of drawer space for your clothes, and other items, in a large wooden dresser set. You will have a hanging area for clothes & on into your bathroom with granite counter, new cabinets, sink,& large wall mirror. Relax in shower & tub along with your towels, toiletries .You will also discover a charming "resort-like" covered back patio furnished with bistro table set, decorative lighting, & a propane grill.

You will have a lock box to get your key out of with a code & free parking next to door/not covered.

There are many prime local attractions that make Austin special. There are far too many to list, but be assured that whatever your specific interests are, you will be conveniently located. In addition to the vast array of what Austin has to offer, you are also in a convenient location for a day-trip, if you wish to explore other areas of the beautiful Texas hill country; such as: New Braunfels, San Antonio, Fredericksburg , Enchanted Rock, or any of the stunning highland lakes.

Second time staying at this property and still just as immaculately, clean, fun, and frivolous as the first time! Comfortable bed, hot shower, and very well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed every minute!

SUCH a cute place! Everything was clean, it smelled great, and the bed was super comfy. I was in town for a workshop so I only spent the evenings/night there, but I felt right at home.

Great little Austin gem!!

We stayed here during the first week of ACL, and it was the perfect getaway spot for the weekend for my partner, and I. The condo is very quirky, very Austin, and we absolutely loved it! The outdoor space is charming, and the king canopy bed is fantastic. Don’t get sketched out by the neighborhood… What’s inside as well worth it!

It's a vibe. And for us, it was like a second home. We loved everything about it. We stayed during the Formula one race and I couldn't have been happier with the location. The drive from the airport was quick and the track was even closer. The host had everything you could possibly imagine available for us. Kitchen was stocked, toaster oven, microwave, great oven. Bathrooms were super clean, stocked with towels and everything you could need. I could go on and on. The host was fantastic, easy to communicate with and an all around great person. If we ever come back to Austin, we will be sure to visit here again.

LOVED IT!

The property is an older one, but the inside doesn't match the outside. The unit is decorated with so much personality and vibe! We just loved it. The bed is really comfortable and the outdoor area a nice bonus. Great getaway and convenient location. Host was great.

Great little getaway

We enjoyed our stay which was relatively close to the UT campus where we stayed in town for a football game. As long as you have transportation, the location is pretty central. Just not a lot of ability to walk for conveniences. The check in process was extremely smooth and hassle free. The property had a great home away from home feel with all of the necessities.

We can not recommend this property enough. Stephanie the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The way she decorated the townhouse is definitely a reflection of Austin. Very comfortable and cozy!

Stephanie was a wonderful communicator before and during our stay. Her home is very well decorated, clean, full of personal touches and the bed was super comfortable! Although it isn’t the best neighborhood, the inside of her home does not match what you see as your driving in. It’s very well decorated and in a gated community.

Awesome Little Spot

Stayed here for MotoGP 2024. Close access to the COTA Venue. Food and other amenities were a couple miles away (10 mins or so). Traffic off the freeway wasn't the greatest but once cleared smooth sailing to the residence. Traffic is just bad in Austin in general. Our Hostess was the best. She kept us informed before arrival, during and sent a nice follow-up after our departure. I would recommend this spot to any couple as there is only 1BR available to VRBO guests.

Wonderful Townhouse in Quiet Gated Community

I stayed here for the Formula 1 US Grand Prix and it was exactly what I needed, a quiet, comfortable place to relax. The bed is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has all you need. If I'm ever in Austin again, I will definitely be staying here.
