Check in was really smooth, the host is very easy to work with. Cleanliness could be better as there may be bugs and ants crawling around. AC was really refreshing and had a good stay.

Great place to stay in the East Austin area. Very comfortable bed and roomy shower. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for something affordable and easy to get to. Good wifi and a good TV too.

Jason was an excellent host! He was very kind, communicative, and easy to work with throughout our stay. The place was clean, in a great location, and exactly what we were hoping for. Everything about the experience was smooth and enjoyable. 10/10, would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect location in a cozy neighborhood. The place was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Jason was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. I’m glad I chose this place for my time in Austin and would definitely recommend it.

Small but mighty! Perfect for a stY where we spent more time out than in. Great location. The bed was insanely comfortable and having the TV turn and extend off the wall worked to relax on the couch or bed.

It’s a nice enough place but missing some of the smaller touches to really make a place comfortable. Things were a little dusty. Overall would stay there again.

Small space but perfect for my trip did not need a kitchen. Had a great shower and bath nice sized queen bed couch plenty of supplies TV with options for purchasing packages. If you wanted very sensually located to downtown University of Texas city parks, and high-quality restaurants had a temporary issue with Wi-Fi which Was very quickly rectified with a responsive and helpful owner. I would definitely use this place again if I came back to Austin.
