Secluded and Peaceful Ranch House

The White Ranch House is located just minutes from Lake Ouachita, Lake Hamilton, and Hot Springs. Nestled towards the center of 70 acres, it feels secluded, but is just minutes from all the action. The Ranch house sits on a hill top under large white oak trees overlooking a pretty pasture and pond. Whether you're visiting the sites and attractions of Hot Springs or the lakes and outdoors, we have the perfect spot to rest and relax. There is also plenty of room to park your boat trailer.

The Ranch House has:
Master bedroom with King size bed and bathroom with shower
2nd bedroom with bunk bed queen size bottom with twin on top
2nd full bath with tub/shower
2 living rooms with queen sofa sleeper bed, couch, loveseat, and oversize chair
fully stocked kitchen with seating for 9
back deck with gas grill
foose ball table in 2nd living room area

More than expected

Beautiful property. Better than the pictures. I wished we had better weather and time to take advantage of the view. My daughter loved seeing the cows come up to the pond. Quiet and peaceful, would recommend. The process to rent and to check out was simple.

This house was very spacious. Everyone, including the kids were impressed with furnishings. Everything seemed newly built. All necessities were provided. Location of house was convenient in regards to lake, restaurant and stores. Check in and out instructions were clear and simple. I would highly recommend this house for anyone visiting the area.

Enjoyed every minute!

The accommodations were better than the pictures! Everything was very clean. The Foosball table was a hit! Check-in and check-out were super simple. The only things that come to mind that would make this even better are: a few more plates, bowls, mugs and utensils; some cooking/chef knives; and a washer/dryer. But, even without those things, we made do without complaint. Another suggestion would be a little bench inside the front door and/or outside the back door so people can easily remove shoes before walking through the house. We loved the property, seeing the cows, bull, and calves and would definitely recommend staying here! It is a little drive to the heart of Hot Springs (~20 min), but we were glad for it! Our kids range from 3-12 years old and they all enjoyed the house and property as well. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place! It was extremely clean and well kept. Almost looks brand new. My husband and great niece loved playing the foosball game, but it was good that it was away from other homes because they were laughing and playing so loud it definitely would have disturbed neighbors. we would gladly stay there again!!
