About this property

This spacious beach home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There are 2 roomy king bedrooms, and 2 roomy Queen bedrooms with a futon. There are also two bunk beds in the Queen bedroom. When not soaking up the sunshine on the sugar white beach, you will spend most of your time on one of the screened in porch breathing in the warm ocean breezes. There are also 2 decks and a covered patio that are ideal for outdoor entertaining. When you come back from the beach, the cabana shower with hot water is convenient for washing off all that beautiful sand.
Our lovely home is located 0.4 miles from the public access beach. Only a 1 minute golf cart ride or a pleasant 7 minute walk.

We had a great time and the property was perfect for our family. This was our first time at Mexico Beach and it was beautiful. The outdoor shower was wonderful!

Five stars!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Mexico Beach is a great community and very family friendly. The home was clean and updated with serene beach colors and decor. There was plenty of space for my family of 9 with 4 bedrooms and 3 full sized bathrooms. We enjoyed breakfast on the back deck and spent evenings on the screened in front porch. The outdoor shower is nicely done was great when returning from the beach. The owner was kind and responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommended!

100% recommend

The house was very clean and very cute. It is very roomy. The screened in porches are amazing. The owner replied immediately with any questions I had. It's right down the road from Mexico Beach. I would 100% recommend.
