Interior: 50 m2, comprising:
- On the ground floor: a living room of 23 m2 with equipped kitchen area.
- On the 1st floor: a bedroom of 15 m2, a bathroom and separate toilets.
- In annex: a 20 m2 room (washing machine, bicycle storage, caravan storage,...).
Exteriors:
- A 10 m2 terrace in front of the entrance of the house, with table, garden chairs and bench, overlooking a small square lined with houses.
- A small enclosed garden of 30 m2, with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue, to the side of the house. No direct access from the front door of the house.
Street parking close to the house on public parking spaces.
Sheets, towels and tea towels provided.
End of stay cleaning included but the premises and everything in them must be left in good condition.
Heating not included for the months of May to September inclusive, if used, payment at the end of the stay.
Charging of an electric vehicle not included. Charging can only be done after agreement with the owner and will be subject to the payment of an additional fee.
A deposit will be required upon arrival.
Frédéric and Suzanne, originally from Provence, will welcome you with pleasure. They will share with you the love of their region (places and local products). Frédéric, an organic olive grower, produces olive oil of the tenche variety (black olive from Nyons). Sale directly to the property.
