Spacious, clean, 4 (5) bedroom home with swimming pool (in season) and hot tub. Large covered front porch with swing and a screened back porch with rocking chairs. Large, fenced-in back yard. Check out Ross County Visitor's Bureau for information on things to do in Ross County. We have more than 175 mi. of hiking trails and a 30 mi. bike trail.

This home is very comfortable, and the back yard is a delight. The pool and hot tub were in pristine condition, and we lucked into warm weather so we spent a good bit of time in the pool. The host was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. We had good meals at Lievita, Bell Farms, and Las Mariachas. A very enjoyable stay.

Great home

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Beth's home. Everything was as pictured. Very clean and we felt very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were the main attraction for the time we spent there. One of our sons left some electronics in the house and Beth shipped it back to us very quickly, even paying the shipping the fees. Thank you Beth for sharing your home with our family!

Excellent space for a girls weekend!

The house is large and has many different areas for activities. We loved the layout and access to the deck with the hot tub and the pool. The pool was our favorite part of the house! The kitchen had every utensil and cookware item we might need and every question that might have popped up was already addressed by the owner before check in. Check in was easy with a lock box. It was super close to all of the things we wanted to do downtown. It was everyone's first time in Chillicothe and it made a bachelorette weekend for my grannie-coded daughter a 10/10!

The spaciousness of this house worked really great for my whole family to enjoy each other's company and at the same time be able to relax individually. My younger niece and nephew enjoyed the shallow end of the pool while my 15 year old enjoyed the diving board. Chillicothe offers many different shops restaurants and spas to meet the whole family different views of entertainment/shopping. My family just enjoyed ourselves all the way around. Thanks Beth!

So much fun!

We had a great time! This was the perfect spot for a long weekend get together with friends before the kids started school again! It was a perfect size with great big rooms for the kids to play and the pool was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

Thansgiving was great!

Very lovely home and cozy. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the extras in the kitchen to help us cook a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner this year. Would definitely recommend this place if you have a large family.
