You and your ten guests can enjoy the property, the amenities, and find the relaxation you've long deserved. The maximum number of guests permitted on the property is 16. PARTIES, EVENTS, DISRUPTIVE NOISE OR MUSIC & VISITING GUESTS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Owner stays in the area & will check in periodically. The house has a lot of potential, but has NOT been maintained. Lots of damage, stains, and little to no upkeep. The owner, Eric, was great and responded within seconds when we reached out. We made it work either way, but this house needs some TLC. Thank you.

Beautiful Home w/ Plenty to Offer

This property provided all we needed for our stay. We had an issue with hot water and we would’ve loved for the jacuzzi to be heated but it was a nice stay overall.

What makes this property unique

A luxurious home for a small group of up to 11 guests. We do not allow parties, however, some events are permitted upon prior approval, for an added fee of $25/person. Such events include corporate meetings and retreats, book clubs, senior gatherings, movie premiers, baby showers, and other intimate and quiet family gatherings. We expect our guests to be respectful of our home, keeping it clean and damage free, as the booking guest will be held responsible for any damages found. There are two cameras on the main floor for security purposes but please know that we respect our guests' privacy at all times. Cameras are only monitored in case of an emergency. We welcome any questions and look forward to booking your luxurious vacation stay in Cedar Hill!
